You!

"Did the Ancient One kidnap Hope?"

After the Magik relayed the message back, the White Queen and the others were all very surprised.

Wasn't the Ancient One dead a long time ago?

The White Queen asked, puzzled.

None of them knew anything about the Ancient One, because Doctor Strange had already become the Sorcerer Supreme since the Sanctum Sanctorum was revealed to the world from the magical side.

But they all knew that this was a very troublesome enemy.

"And she's with Odin now," Magik added.

"A bald old nun secretly meets a one-eyed, white-haired old man?" Cable suddenly had this explosive headline in his head. "Do you think if we find Thor and tell him his dad cheated on him, he'll help us get Hope back?"

"There's a greater chance he'll kill us with a single blow."

The White Queen said, "Why did the Ancient One capture Hope? Can't we ask her to release her? She should be reasonable, right?"

"I'm afraid that's difficult."

The Magik shook his head and said, "She seemed to be planning to groom Hope to be the Sorcerer Supreme, but I don't know why she gave up on grooming Strange."

The others looked at each other in bewilderment.

The White Queen said, "Hope's magical talent is truly astonishing; she has learned all the spells that I and you know."

"Let's go and negotiate with her."

"Colossus said calmly.

He didn't want any major conflict.

But Magik shook his head. "Negotiations are impossible, because strictly speaking, we are all outsiders from other worlds. The Ancient One's responsibility is to drive out those of us who could become a threat."

"It's fine if she hasn't noticed us yet, but if we dare to show ourselves, it'll be a matter of seconds."

Cable said, "But we can't let her become the Sorcerer Supreme either. She's our hope Mutants, not the Sanctum Sanctorum's."

"The Phoenix Force could descend at any moment. If it's intercepted by the Ancient One and Odin before it returns to Hope's body, we're doomed."

Everyone fell silent.

Cable continued, "So what if it's the Ancient One and Odin? Doctor Strange is the Sorcerer Supreme, and Thor is the King of Asgard. We've fought before."

"Cable is right."

The White Queen thought about it and realized it made sense; the X-Men had clashed with the Avengers quite a bit.

If it weren't for Scarlet Witch, that traitor, Mutants wouldn't be in such a terrible situation.

"However, we need to make a plan first. Magik, you need to set up the Teleportation Array in advance."

After a brief discussion, the group decided to try and snatch the person from the Ancient One and Odin.

On the other side.

The Charmcaster finally got to meet the Lord of Manna, whom she had longed for.

"You're not that kid I know, but you have the same watch as him. Who are you anyway?"

In the Ancient One's training ground, the Charmcaster scrutinized Ben with a sidelong glance.

In her memory, Ben Tennyson was a ten-year-old brat who was always being annoying, but Ben looked much more mature and was quite handsome.

"Are you Charmcaster?"

Ben never expected that he would encounter the Charmcaster at the Ancient One's place.

He had just given birth, Peter even advised him to take good care of himself during his postpartum period. But then the Ancient One used magic to teleport him to Legerdomain.

He was initially a little confused about the Ancient One's intentions, but now it seems that it's mostly because of the Charmcaster.

You know me!

"You really are Ben Tennyson!"

The Charmcaster felt a sense of kinship, like meeting an old friend in a foreign land, and was secretly pleased. "Where's that annoying little brat? Let her come out and fight me."

"There is no Tian Xiaowen in this world, and I am not Ben Tennyson either. My name is Ben Parker."

Ben shrugged.

Hesitant about how to deal with the other party.

If it were a villain like Vilgax who had committed numerous evil deeds, killing him would have been the end of it. But the Charmcaster wasn't particularly evil, so killing her directly would have been too merciless.

"Ancient One, do you have a way to help me send her back to her own world?"

Ben asked.

"Sending it back? That won't do." Ancient One immediately shook her head.

After all these years, she's finally found a successor to take over her huge mess. What would happen if Ben sent her back?

"She is the next Sorcerer Supreme I have chosen," Ancient One said with a smile.

Ben:???

"But you used to say that... the appearance of someone like Animo would make the universe's walls even more fragile."

"That was before," Ancient One said.

"A great being has already solved these problems. So there are no more concerns. Didn't you also bring back some people who don't belong to our world?"

"That's true."

Ben nodded, then asked, puzzled, "Then why did you come to see me?"

"Want to go on a blind date?"

He glanced at the Charmcaster, and the somewhat rebellious girl immediately glared back at him.

"You've probably noticed as well that many Mutants have appeared on Earth without any warning."

Ben.

"Actually, it wasn't without warning; rather, a powerful force influenced all of this," Ancient One said.

"The Phoenix is coming."

"The Phoenix Force?"

Before Ben could react, the Charmcaster jumped up excitedly first.

She thought she had mastered her divine powers and looked down on the Phoenix Force, but she was defeated by the Ancient One as soon as she stepped out the door.

Having learned of the dangers of society, the Charmcaster instead placed her hopes on the Phoenix Force.

If that thing is really as powerful as the White Queen and the others said, then as long as I obtain the Phoenix Force, I can easily defeat that hateful bald guy in front of me.

She'll definitely grab the bald guy by the neck with one hand and that awful old man with the other, forcing them to kiss each other!

The Charmcaster fantasized about this terrible plan.

He also glared at Ben.

We can't let this kid get away with it!

Even though he wasn't the kid I knew, he had a watch and was just as annoying!

And what's with this talk of a blind date!

Acting all high and mighty!

Don't assume that being handsome will make others like you!

Ugh, how annoying!

He must be imprisoned and made to serve as my servant, and every night I must have him wash my feet and massage my legs!

Work him to death!

The Charmcaster thought angrily.

It just goes to show that this world really does judge people by their looks.

The Charmcaster herself had little experience in romance, otherwise she wouldn't have been so easily fooled by Darkstar in the anime.

Add to that Ben's already good looks, and his genes were further enhanced by the watch; the Charmcaster was already somewhat smitten when she first saw him.

She simply thought that her joy stemmed from seeing someone from her hometown.

"The Phoenix Force is indeed troublesome."

Ben frowned.

Even though his only understanding of the Phoenix Force was that it had a host named Jean Grey, and that she had a love triangle with Wolverine and Cyclops, it didn't stop him from knowing that this thing was incredibly powerful.

"Who is it targeting, Jean Grey?"
