Peter: Our Watches Are Couple's Style
Inside Wonderdale Castle.
The four knights gathered together, and at this moment, all the knights maintained their original appearances.
At that moment, a lizard soldier rushed in and hurriedly reported, "Lord Tiger King, Your Excellency Ram, the alarm at the nuclear power plant has been sounded; it's the Rebel Army."
The Ram Knight immediately stood up excitedly, clenching his fist and saying, "I knew the prey would take the bait! Where are the robot guards?"
"I don't know why they're all paralyzed," the soldier said hastily.
But Ram Knight was delighted. "It's Spider-Man's EMP weapon!"
"Mrs. Fulmin, this time you'll work with me, and we must wipe them out in one fell swoop!"
"No problem!" Mrs. Fulmin exclaimed excitedly, her eyes Taohua. "I've been missing Spider-Man for a while now."
The Tiger King seemed to want to say something, but ultimately remained silent.
Just then, another soldier rushed in and reported, "We've captured the intruders—five people plus a tree. Two of them are our own kind, and they're being treated now."
"I'll go take a look."
The Tiger King breathed a sigh of relief and made an excuse to leave.
The Ram Knight glanced at him, snorted in dissatisfaction, and left with Mrs. Fulmin.
Ursula actually wanted to follow along and take this opportunity to fight Spider-Man, but with two knights involved, she probably wouldn't need to lift a finger.
Moreover, she also needs to stay here and await the instructions of the High Evolutionary.
The four knights split up.
As the Ram Knight and Mrs. Fulmin led a group of people away from Wonderdale Castle, Peter cautiously peeked out from a corner of a building.
"John was right, the nuclear power plant might be a trap; their reaction was too swift." Peter leaned against the wall, then looked up at the dark, Wonderdale Castle.
"Perhaps John is quite suited to be a leader," Peter never hesitated to praise.
At the time, everyone was planning to attack the nuclear power plant, but John felt the timing of the news was too coincidental.
The dangers of nuclear power plants may be real, but someone must have deliberately leaked this information to lure them—especially Spider-Man —into an attack.
"Clearly, they've tasted success with your watch, so they won't let you off the hook no matter what," John analyzed at the time. "But this is also an opportunity for us."
Peter snapped out of his reverie and continued, "A chance to enter the castle, persuade the Tiger King, and retrieve the Omnitrix."
Of course, deceiving the Ram Knight isn't so easy.
First, John took Peter's electromagnetic pulse weapon, which is practically standard equipment for Spider-Man. Second, in order to buy time, John also took Peter's suit.
This means he himself has taken on a portion of Spider-Man's risk, and Ram Knight will inevitably target him with his main firepower.
"If Jameson knew his son had become Spider-Man on another Earth, his expression would be priceless," Peter joked. "I really want to take a picture of him and show it to Jameson back on Earth."
Instead, he was wearing a rather cheap-looking outfit, which Kit had hastily made overnight. It had some minor flaws, but it would do.
He used Bio-electricity to make himself invisible, and then once again infiltrated Wonderdale Castle.
Meanwhile, inside the castle.
Tiger King strode into the medical room, wanting to see the captured outsiders, especially the "fellow countrymen" the soldiers had mentioned earlier.
But as soon as he stepped inside, he was drawn to the watch on Rampage Ben's wrist.
"It's that watch again!"
He immediately recognized that the watch was almost the same model as Spider-Man's.
Then he looked at the unconscious Rampage Ben, dressed in punk attire, and thought uneasily, "This person also has the ability to transform? If the High Evolutionary or Ram finds out about his existence, our sins will be aggravated!"
At this moment, the scales in his heart were wavering.
On the one hand, it is loyalty to the Creator; on the other hand, it is a yearning for justice in His heart.
"I never expected that these self-proclaimed noble orcs would actually help humans heal." Peter's sudden voice startled the Tiger King.
He quickly turned his head. "Spider-Man?"
"What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be...?"
"Should they be surrounded by a croissant and a whole bunch of soldiers at the nuclear power plant?" Peter chimed in, but at that moment, his surprise was no less than Tiger King's.
Because he also saw Rampage Ben.
"It's Benny from Parallel Universe. I remember this guy escaped from the Null Void Realm and was even wanted by a bounty hunter. How come he's here?"
Peter thought to himself, remaining calm and composed.
He now has a bold idea.
"It seems you've seen through the Ram Knight's plan," the Tiger King said, looking both relieved and angry. "Then why did you appear before me? Did you think I was weaker than the Ram Knight? Did you think you could easily defeat me and then breach Wonderdale Castle?"
He gripped the sword behind him with one hand, glaring angrily at Peter with his tiger-like eyes.
"I'm not here to fight you, Tiger King!" Peter said. "Tiger King, you should know that the idea of High Evolutionary is wrong."
"He thinks humans are inferior, but he himself is human. He talks about creating a utopia, but even orcs commit crimes. In my opinion, orcs and humans are almost indistinguishable except for their appearance."
"I don't believe anyone is more noble or superior than anyone else; rather, we should coexist peacefully. What do you think?"
Tiger King was somewhat moved, but did not immediately agree with what Spider-Man said.
Even if he agreed with these words in his heart, the difference in their positions prevented him from revealing his true feelings to the enemy.
"Spider-Man, what exactly do you want?"
Peter exclaimed passionately, "Tiger King, if you are truly an upright knight, then you should stand with us, with freedom and equality!"
"Sorry, that's absolutely impossible!"
"Don't even think about trying to convince me," the Tiger King said, sheathing his sword. "Spider-Man, pretend you were never here today, and get out of here."
"You don't want to?"
Where is your chivalry?
"Are you just going to watch the entire city, and even the entire world's population, be slaughtered by orcs?"
"The High Evolutionary wouldn't do that."
The Tiger King deceived himself, saying, "He only wants humans to submit, nothing more. As long as you behave yourselves, you can survive."
"What we want is not survival, but dignity!" Peter said forcefully.
But the Tiger King had already given the order to leave, "I don't care what you want, if you don't leave, all I can give you is a fight!"
Peter glanced at him, seemingly finally giving in, and shrugged, saying, "Fine, it seems I can't convince you. But at least you have to let me take my friend with me, right?"
"Your friend?"
Tiger King was taken aback, but then seemed to understand something and looked at the unconscious Rampage Ben.
Can't you tell?
"Didn't you notice that our watches are both Couple's Style?"
