Chapter Summaries

Vilgax’s invasion turned New York into a battlefield as Bill faced Psyphon in the sky and heroes fought the invading forces below. Steve set out to reunite the Street Heroes, while Bill remained locked in a difficult battle.

• Bill flew toward Vilgax, but Psyphon intercepted him and challenged him to continue their unfinished battle from Nidavellir.

Ben searched for Uncle Ben and the others near Ego's Planet, but found their ship empty and encountered the Sovereign, who asked him to hand over Star-Lord and the Galaxy Volunteers. After promising to return the Sovereign's Batteries, Ben met Yondu, who claimed to know where Star-Lord and the missing plumbers were.
