• Mo Li sealed the arena, challenged Velgrend, and battled her with his weapons and powers until she revealed her True Dragon form.
• Mo Li transformed into a dark-golden dragon and defeated Velgrend, then killed her as Rudra awakened within Honjo Masayuki.
• Rudra challenged Mo Li, but Mo Li overwhelmed him and sealed the revived Velgrend beneath six stone pillars.
• Guy intervened to stop Mo Li from striking Rudra, and Mo Li broke Guy’s sword before declaring that Guy would fight alongside Rudra against him.

Mo Li defeated Guy and Rudra, then helped Rimuru bring the tournament to a close and secure funds for the Federation. The Magic Dynasty and the Demon Country Federation formed an alliance as Mo Li and Rimuru suspected the Federation’s financial crisis had been engineered.

• Rudra fell first, and Mo Li overwhelmed Guy after activating Territory Contract, knocking the World from his hand and sending him beyond the Jura Great Forest.
• Mo Li spared Rudra at Chii’s request, freed Velgrend, and watched Rudra become Honjo Masayuki as Velgrend returned to her own time.
• Spectators recognized Mo Li as the strongest Demon King, while Emesia and Hinata resolved to respond to his strength in their own ways.
• Mo Li restored the arena, and Old Man White won the tournament after Diablo and Xiao forfeited and Honjo Masayuki remained unconscious.

Rimuru presented the Great Underground Labyrinth, handled the Federation’s post-festival affairs, and watched its challenges draw powerful fighters. As Rimuru left for the Western Council Meeting, Mo Li oversaw Azhdaha’s evolution into a Complete Dragon.

• At the Founding Festival, Rimuru and Mo Li introduced the hundred-floor labyrinth, whose top guardians were Veldora and Azhdaha, and ended the festival with a banquet.
• After the festival, Rimuru paid the merchants demanding repayment, blacklisted them, and agreed on cooperation with allied leaders while revealing the labyrinth’s rewards.
• Rimuru improved the labyrinth with guidance, safety features, progress-saving tools, and prizes, then approved Diablo’s plan to recruit more than a thousand demon subordinates.
• Hinata challenged the labyrinth and defeated its guardians through the eightieth floor, but Xiao defeated her on the ninetieth after first overcoming the Holy Knights.

Rimuru faced a conspiracy against the Demon Country Federation while Mo Li gained three Primordial demon subordinates and helped create Velgaia. Guizhong returned with the Thousand Rock Army, and Mo Li began explaining the Primordials’ presence to her.

• Azhdaha awakened as a Complete Dragon, but Mo Li stopped Veldora from fighting him and defeated him himself.
• Rimuru exposed a plot at the council, defeated its attackers with her companions, and devoured Elrick, Gama, Rayner, and Gai after rejecting the Silverion Kingdom’s threats.
• Rimuru’s expedition encountered the Chaos Dragon, which Azhdaha subdued, and Rimuru and Milim restored it as the fifth True Dragon, Velgaia.
• Diablo returned from the underworld with Testarossa, Ultima, and Carrera, who chose to serve Mo Li, while Rimuru took in the remaining demons.
