Understanding the Three Lives Method

The Three Corpses Method expounded by Hongjun was like a key, opening another door for him--based on his own Time Law, pointing straight to the "Three Lives Method" which was free from the constraints of Heavenly Dao and could still be accommodated!

?Technique:? The primordial spirit traces back along the long river of time, extracting the "Origin Imprint" from the beginning of its birth (such as primordial spiritual light, bloodline foundation) to "condense the Past Mirror".

Gives insight into all karma of past and present lives.

Triggers the fire of origin refinement to burn the chains of karma, condensing the past life karma into the phantom of the "Past Corpse".

Uses the first top-grade Innate Spiritual Treasure of the same origin as a blade, shattering the karmic phantom with a single strike, whereupon the points of light merge into the spiritual treasure, transforming into the "Flowing Light of Time" that carries the past.

? Completely severs the invisible shackles of destiny on the primordial spirit.

?Past Corpse: Transcends the mundane delusions of mortal dust?.

?Origin:? Manifests the current sinking of the physical body, all kinds of delusions (greed, anger, ignorance, arrogance, love, hatred, desire) and worldly obsessions.

?Technique:? Contemplates the birth, destruction, and reincarnation of three thousand minor worlds, comprehending the truth that the physical body's five aggregates (form, sensation, perception, mental formation, consciousness) are all void.

Likewise, triggers the fire of origin refinement to burn the accumulated karma of the present world, condensing the "Present Sword".

Manifests the delusions of the seven emotions and six desires into the seven-aperture-complete "Present Corpse" body (humanoid).

Wields the second top-grade Innate Spiritual Treasure of the same origin, breaks delusions and slaughters obsessive thoughts, shatters the humanoid corpse qi, and ultimately refines it into the "Seal of the Present" that suppresses the current era.

?Transcends physical desires and worldly disturbances, attaining great freedom.

?Future Corpse: Gaining Insight into the True Self Dao Path?.

? Maps the cultivator's persistence and blinding obstacles toward the ultimate goal of proving the Dao (Dao Proving Heart), stepping into the Yin Yang Chaos of the future (void and reality, creation and destruction).

?The primordial spirit contemplates the end of time and space, facing the "Future Self" manifested from its own Dao-proving obsession.

This process is extraordinarily perilous, involving a duel with one's own future Dao-proving shadow!

Must guard the Heavenly Pillar Life Aperture, slaying all delusions born from excessive desire or fear of the future (mania and illusion).

Yin-Yang mutual assistance is crucial--excessive pursuit of true form leads to petrifaction like stone, while excessive sinking into illusion leads to annihilation into nothingness; only those with ultimate balance can glimpse the gateway of Hunyuan.

Finally, using a third top-grade spiritual treasure of the same root and origin.

Severs the karmic line of fate entangling the "Future Corpse" and oneself, with its remnant corpse transforming into the "Future Dao Seed" containing infinite possibilities, merging into the spiritual treasure.

Pierces the fog, gaining insight into one's unique True Self Dao path.

?Three Lives in One, Transcending and Proving Sagehood.

With the three corpses completely slain, one obtains the three carrying treasures: the "Flowing Light of Time", the "Seal of the Present", and the "Future Dao Seed".

The most crucial step.

Uses the Yin-Yang Law as a bridge, drawing upon boundless heaven and earth luck as firewood.

Uses an Innate Supreme Treasure? as the core melting pot to carry the integration of the three lives' origin imprints.

The three corpses merge into one, and under the calcination of the Yin-Yang Great Dao and heaven and earth luck, the primordial spirit undergoes a ultimate transformation, turning into the ?Immortal True Spirit?!

?The Fruit of Proving the Dao.

?Not entrusted to Heavenly Dao, spontaneously generating Dao charm, the primordial spirit forms its own embryonic universe with intrinsic Dao charm, forever free from the worry of being restricted by the Primordial Heavenly Dao.

?Transforming into myriads, the True Self is unique; the True Spirit reflects the heavens and myriad realms, boundless space and time of past and future, transforming into myriads of avatars while the True Self remains unique and eternally indestructible.

?The Transcendence Realm is achieved, instantly becoming a sage, and from this, the ?Transcendence Realm? is successfully consummated!

A ?Sage? who masters their own spacetime origin can truly achieve "heaven and earth are destroyed but I am indestructible"!

Inside the palace, the Dao charm had yet to disperse. Qing Huan sat cross-legged on the rush mat, yet a trace of imperceptible ripples arose in his mind's lake.

Although the Three Lives Dao-proving method was already understood in his heart, its harsh conditions made his heart sink slightly, raising a wisp of regret.

Qing Huan sighed inwardly. Even though his method did not require entrusting oneself to Heavenly Dao like the one taught by Hongjun, its high threshold was enough to make the living beings of the Primordial Wilderness flinch and give up.

Not to mention those hard-to-find spiritual treasures of the same root and origin, the two hard requirements of "heaven and earth great luck added to one's body" and an "Innate Supreme Treasure" alone were enough to shut ninety-nine percent of the Innate Deities outside the door.

This was personally conferred by the Dao Ancestor, with a revered status and luck added to one's body!

Di Jun and Tai Yi instantly straightened their backs, the light in their eyes blazing, their imperial aura mighty.

In their view, to rule the Primordial Wilderness, if not their brotherly pair, then who else?

Qing Huan, however, took it easy, the corners of his lips curling with an elusive smile. He maintained a purely spectator mindset, appreciating those pairs of large eyes filled with the words "choose me".

"East Wood Prince."

Hongjun's voice was calm and without ripples.

"You are transformed from the first wisp of Lesser Yang qi between heaven and earth, with a profound foundation and enduring luck.

Now I confer upon you the title of Head of Male Immortals, with the honorific--East Prince!"

"Ah?"

"East Prince?"

A repressed wave of surprise and incomprehension echoed within the hall.

The various Innate Lifeforms looked at each other in dismay, their gazes involuntarily focusing on that figure who, though possessing extraordinary aura, was definitely not among the very top tier.

The arrogance on the faces of the brothers Di Jun and Tai Yi instantly stiffened, turning into astonishment, which then transformed into a trace of icy gloom as they cast gazes upon the newly appointed Head of Male Immortals that already carried undisguised contempt and disdain.

The Three Pure Ones were also slightly surprised.

Laozi's expression was as calm as an ancient well, Yuanshi frowned slightly, and Tongtian directly looked toward the leisurely Qing Huan beside him, his eyes full of confusion--why would it be this person?

Qing Huan met Tongtian's gaze and merely returned it with an even deeper playful smile, offering no intention of explanation.
