At Tenzhi Technology in Su City Industrial Park.

"Mengchuan, take a look. These are the external Leap 1.0 adapters supplied for Lenovo laptops. There are four models in total, currently planned in black and white." Toni adjusted his glasses as he spoke.

Chen Mengchuan looked at the 3D adapter on the screen. The transmitter differed slightly from Dawn 1.0 in appearance, looking rounder and a little larger. The receiver was much bigger. Since it plugged into a laptop, it appeared more complex than Dawn 1.0 and had been designed with a flexible interface structure.

"Besides that, more than ten companies are already preparing to embed Leap 1.0 into their new products. Achen has compiled twelve embedded Leap 1.0 core chips so far. These twelve Leap 1.0 core chips will be enough to support integration into the vast majority of electronic devices," Toni continued.

Chen Mengchuan nodded. "Complete integration into all electronic devices will require continuous iterations of new products. For now, though, external Leap 1.0 adapters will dominate the entire market for a long time. We need to speed up the completion and optimization of external adapters for these partner companies. There are so many products, each with different standards. In the next stage, external Leap 1.0 adapters will become Tianzhi's core source of economic growth."

Toni smiled faintly. "There's one more matter. I'd like to hear your opinion."

"Hm?"

"Basically, every phone manufacturer has now signed the 'Leap 1.0 Wireless Current Adaptation Cooperation Agreement,' and they all hope we can prioritize supplying them as soon as possible. What do you think?" Toni adjusted his glasses.

Chen Mengchuan shook his head. "We can't embed Leap 1.0 into all of them so soon."

"Why not?"

"Our current production capacity isn't even enough for Dawn 1.0, and Leap 1.0 isn't ready for mass production yet. We should first launch external Leap 1.0 adapters. Once the market begins absorbing them in large quantities, we can start offering embedded Leap 1.0 services." Chen Mengchuan's thinking was clear. The first wave would sell Dawn 1.0 first. Once production capacity expanded, they would sell external Leap 1.0 adapters. Only then would they truly provide the twelve embedded Leap 1.0 core chips to these electronics manufacturers.

Chen Mengchuan's phone rang. It was Xu Shuwei.

He answered and put it on speaker. Xu Shuwei's voice came through. "Mengchuan, take a look at the current reservation applications."

"What's wrong?" Chen Mengchuan asked.

"You'll understand once you look. Many companies in Europe and the Americas want Dawn 1.0 production technology and licensing. Some also want to become agents for Dawn 1.0 and the later external Leap 1.0 adapters."

"Alright, Brother Xu, I understand. We discussed this before. We can't and won't accept any overseas production or technology licensing. At this stage, Tianzhi has only one principle for all its products: export sales. These international friends have done no shortage of the same thing to China."

"Be more polite. Tell them that we don't offer overseas production licenses or technology licenses for the time being. If they want Dawn 1.0, they can bring money to buy licenses and products. Whoever offers the highest price gets it. It's that simple. If necessary, auction off agency rights for every country. Hire professionals to handle it. Set the time two months from now, find a venue in Shanghai City, and invite all international friends interested in agency rights to attend. Then divide the regions more finely. "Alright, I understand." After Xu Shuwei hung up, he felt as though the blood throughout his body was about to boil.

"Mengchuan, when auctioning overseas agency rights, we should add some restrictions. Participating companies must be domestic companies from that country, and every company's qualifications must be reviewed. Each company may only register to bid for agency rights in a maximum of three regions within its own country." Toni adjusted his glasses, a warm smile on his face.

"I didn't expect you to be so calculating." Chen Mengchuan smiled.

"I simply put profits first, just like you."

"Everyone has worked very hard with all this overtime lately. Should we give the colleagues in the technical team a break?" Chen Mengchuan asked.

Toni nodded. "It's time. Many people's families are in Shanghai City. The continuous overtime has produced results, and everyone is excited, but it isn't a solution to keep them wound so tight."

"Alright, arrange it as you see fit. Give them more allowances too. Thanks for the effort, brothers." Chen Mengchuan smiled.

Knock, knock, knock! Someone knocked on the door.

"Come in."

Zhao Wanyu walked in. "Brother Chuan, there's a problem with that plot of land south of Tianzhi Electronics Factory!"

"Take your time," Chen Mengchuan said gravely.

"My father used other developers as fronts to acquire Yuehua's four plots of land, including the one south of Tianzhi Electronics Factory. We were already at the final stage of signing, but my cousin discovered the issue at the last moment and proposed at the board meeting that the land south of Tianzhi Electronics should carry a tenfold premium!" Zhao Wanyu said through clenched teeth.

Both Chen Mengchuan and Toni frowned.

"Because that plot is under the shares owned by my cousin, it'll be hard to move forward if he refuses to agree. Although my father is trying to find a solution, this probably won't be easy. We can't really give him a tenfold premium, can we?" Zhao Wanyu continued.

Toni adjusted his glasses. "Wanyu, if we really gave your cousin a tenfold premium, would he make the deal?"

"Alright. This is the number he used most recently." Achen's voice sounded, and a phone number appeared on the screen.

Chen Mengchuan picked up the phone and dialed the number.

The call was answered quickly, and the deep voice of a middle-aged man came through.

"Who is this?"

"Hello, Manager Zhao. I'm Chen Mengchuan from Tenzhi Technology. I'd like to discuss the plot of land south of Tianzhi Electronics Factory with you," Chen Mengchuan said calmly.

Zhao Dongyou, who was sitting in his office drinking tea, smiled slightly. "Of course, no problem, no problem. Yuehua had someone assess that plot of land. Under current market conditions, it's worth roughly 260 million. If Tianzhi wants it, we'll sell it to you for 2.6 billion. Otherwise, you can buy another plot or find a new factory site."

Chen Mengchuan smiled. "From Manager Zhao's words, I can tell you're a straightforward man. Tianzhi is offering twice the price for this land, 520 million. We sincerely want to buy it. Consider it a chance to make a friend, Manager Zhao."

"Are you hard of hearing? It's 2.6 billion. One yuan less, and don't even think about it. That's it. Call me again when you've made up your mind." Zhao Dongyou smiled and hung up.

"Looks like he won't be easy to negotiate with." Toni adjusted his glasses and smiled.
