As Gotham began rebuilding, Jerome's riddle and a serial killer's threat put the Waynes and Barbara's family in danger, and Gordon left to pursue the Riddler after Li Wei warned him about Barbara's parents.

• Amanda Waller secured a secret order to send ARGUS forces and a new police commissioner to Gotham, then organized a military blockade as the mayor urged Cobblepot and Li Wei to flee.
• Bruce and Alfred uncovered Thomas Wayne's hidden underground workspace, where Bruce found records tying the Court of Owls to his parents' murder and resolved to finish his father's work.
• Li Wei agreed to treat Ezri, discovered she was connected to Zyra's Hero Template, and later gave her the template as she recovered her mobility and gained plant abilities.
• Barnes and Gordon joined forces against Gotham's rioters, and Li Wei's Mutated Plants stopped their assault before a giant corn cob destroyed the missile truck and killed thousands.

Li Wei gave Edward and Barbara Hero Templates as Gotham’s crises escalated into Jerome’s bloody charity gala and the Criminal Alliance’s attacks on ARGUS. The Court of Owls revealed its Amber Gold, and Li Wei discovered the System could use it to build a Fountain of Resurrection, though he lacked enough materials.

• Gordon and Harvey rescued the kidnapped city councilman and arrested Edward Nygma, while Barbara was left traumatized after her parents’ deaths, and Li Wei arranged for both to be transferred to Arkham Asylum.
• Li Wei gave Edward the Twisted Fate Hero Template and Barbara the Akali Hero Template, then assigned Barbara to lead a new Kinkou Order in Gotham.
• Jerome’s bomb destroyed a Wayne Enterprises chemical plant, killing hundreds, and the city focused its anger on Jerome while Theodore Galavan staged a charity gala.
• At the gala, Jerome killed Galavan and held the guests hostage, while Edward joined him and proposed a deadly knife-throwing game targeting Bruce Wayne.
• Gordon’s police squad attacked the gala, and the ensuing crossfire killed many guests and criminals, and Jerome escaped with Galavan’s corpse after leaving a trapped backstage area and blowing up an armored police vehicle.

Li Wei seized Ra's al Ghul’s Lazarus Pit, revived Galvin, and built the Fountain of Resurrection before traveling to Los Angeles to confront a supernatural invasion. After defeating Manny and destroying an evil spirit, Li Wei left Sif aware that her life had changed.

• Li Wei captured Ra's al Ghul, took him to Arkham, and used Shen’s Hero Template to make him a subordinate who led Li Wei to the Lazarus Pit.
• Li Wei revived Galvin in the Lazarus Pit, absorbed its Dionysus Factor, and built the Fountain of Resurrection in the underground laboratory.
• Li Wei gave Galvin Garen’s Hero Template, restored his control of the family company, and assigned Ra's al Ghul to rebuild the Kinkou Order.
• Li Wei traveled to Los Angeles, met Constantine at a mental hospital, and helped him investigate an evil spirit targeting Sif.
• Li Wei unlocked Kayle’s Hero Template and defeated the angel Manny, then went with Constantine to protect Sif from Hell’s encroachment.
• Li Wei watched an evil spirit kill Sif’s neighbors after the Eye of Horus on her door repelled it, then destroyed the spirit when it approached Sif’s group in a truck.
• Sif learned that her father had died during an exorcism and saw her grandmother’s apparition, deciding that her ordinary life was over.

Li Wei hunted supernatural threats across Los Angeles, defeated the Ice Demon and Black Angel Manny, and began building a group around Sif’s feather-made wings. After Zedd joined them and helped locate the angel Imogen, Li Wei killed her, drawing a visit from Satan and completing Kayle’s trial.

• Sif used her family’s disc to mark sites of supernatural danger, and Li Wei gained temporary spirit-sight from her blood before joining Constantine to investigate the locations.
• Li Wei and Constantine defeated Madam Lannister’s Mine Goblins, then pursued a demonic record that led them to Daddy Midnight and the summoned Ice Demon.
• Li Wei transformed into Kayle, defeated the Ice Demon, and gained the Lissandra and Trundle Hero Templates after finding the Dark Ice Crystal in its mace.
