Li Wei turned Zedd into an Artificial Fallen Angel, allied with Lucifer, and hunted angels across Los Angeles while investigating a supernatural upheaval. The arc ended with Li Wei defeating Gabriel as Lucifer stopped her fall and chose to back Li Wei over Michael.

• Li Wei recovered Imogen’s Angel Feathers from Father Yalong’s church, then helped Zedd use them to become an Artificial Fallen Angel.
• Li Wei met Lucifer at Lux, accepted his alliance against Heaven, and received records of angel locations.
• Li Wei and Constantine hunted angels across Los Angeles, but the angels and evil creatures began disappearing from their known locations.
• Li Wei enlisted Anton and Daddy Midnight to investigate the changes, then killed a Vatican ascetic who revealed that angels were hiding beneath downtown Los Angeles.
• Li Wei killed the hidden angels beneath Central Park and escaped as the shelter collapsed, while Zedd foresaw Gabriel’s arrival at the last marked location.
• Sif and Zedd killed vampires in an office building and discovered the Holy Grail, drawing Gabriel into an ambush planned by Li Wei.
• Li Wei took the Holy Grail, fought Gabriel with Constantine concealing the battle, and kept growing stronger as Lucifer and Mez prevented Michael from intervening.
• Gabriel began to fall after Michael abandoned his rescue, but Lucifer halted her descent and chose Li Wei over Michael.

Li Wei returned to Gotham, expanded Arkham Asylum’s ranks with new Hero Template vessels, and sent Constantine’s team to clear the city of supernatural threats. Meanwhile, he steered Bruce Wayne toward building a citywide intelligence network, and Jerome identified Bruce as the one who had exposed the Criminal Alliance’s warehouse.

• Li Wei absorbed the Holy Grail and God’s Blood, fused with Vladimir’s Hero Template, and completed Kayle’s final trial after killing Gabriel.
• Li Wei returned to Gotham, where Ra's al Ghul had rebuilt the Kinkou Order and created a standoff with the police and Cobblepot’s gang.
• Li Wei granted Revenant Brand to Brigitte, Lissandra to Victor Fries, and new templates to Chas, Sif, and Zedd, while Constantine postponed his own ceremony.
• Li Wei agreed to stop the Mad Hatter’s plan to spread a virus, then sent Bruce Wayne after the Mad Hatter and Alice.
• Bruce captured the Mad Hatter and brought Alice to Arkham, where Li Wei gave her Vladimir’s Hero Template and arranged for her blood to be studied.
• Li Wei recruited Constantine, Sif, Zedd, and Chas to hunt Gotham’s supernatural threats, and the four cleared the city before leaving to protect other cities.
• Li Wei warned Bruce about a planned attack on a Wayne Enterprises hospital, prompting Bruce to build an ultrasonic surveillance network with Lucius Fox.
• Bruce located Jerome and the Criminal Alliance in a warehouse, but his anonymous police tip let them escape, and Jerome identified Bruce as the source of the raid.
