Su Hao raced to the Sea Temple after Chi Lang began draining the Sea Crown to pursue Kyogre. After stopping Chi Lang and stabilizing the temple, Su Hao watched Manaphy complete its inheritance and learned it planned to deal with Kyogre itself.

• Mega Metagross reached Gym Level and Mega Evolved, then helped Su Hao defeat and capture Bloodmoon Ursaring before Su Hao left the Northern Village Secret Realm.
• Zhang Xuan warned Su Hao about the temple and the crown, so he trained his Pokémon for the coming Sea Temple and High Seas Secret Realm expedition.
• Su Hao’s Milotic reached Elite Four Level, won her first battle at that level, and placed among the top finishers in Su Hao’s in-team tournament.
• Chi Lang used the Blue Orb to enter the Sea Temple and drain the Sea Crown, while Manaphy raised a barrier that blocked rescuers.
• Su Hao and Chu Ya used Mega Gengar to reach the temple, where Su Hao’s Pokémon fought Chi Lang and Hisuian Garganacl as Manaphy severed its connection to the Sea Crown’s shield.
• Mega Sharpedo tore off Chi Lang’s arm to steal the Blue Orb and escaped, while the Sea Crown’s uncontrolled Natural Energy unleashed storms and tsunamis.
• Skadi’s fourteen Articuno froze the disaster, and Su Hao placed a Water-type Plate Fragment on the Sea Crown to restore it and strengthen Manaphy.
• Manaphy completed its inheritance as a Class Two Legendary Pokémon, learned that Chi Lang’s Pokémon had taken the Blue Orb to Kyogre, and offered to deal with its uncle.

Su Hao joined Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos to stop Dark Lugia from escaping the High Seas Secret Realm, helping seal and purify it as the Secret Realms descended into the main world. With the islands secured and his Pokémon training, Su Hao heard Lugia regain its voice inside Dark Lugia.

• Manaphy sent Su Hao and Diancie off with a brilliant underwater spectacle, and Su Hao entered the High Seas Secret Realm with Hisuian Braviary to find Articuno and Lugia.
• Lugia revealed itself as Dark Lugia and attacked Su Hao, but Articuno rescued him and brought him to Ice Island, where Moltres and Zapdos arrived with Little Lugia.
• Articuno explained that Dark Lugia was Lugia’s corrupted personality, trapped inside the Secret Realm, and outlined a plan to seal it with Diancie’s Radiant Power.
• Su Hao brought Little Lugia to Fire Island so Moltres could train Incineroar, then took Zeraora to Zapdos, who trained it to use the Thunder Stone Slab Fragment.
• Human intruders opened Space Channels into the Secret Realm, causing it to merge rapidly with the main world and prompting Articuno to begin the Seal Plan.
• Su Hao and Reshiram joined the Legendary Birds in fighting Dark Lugia, while the three clans brought their Secret Realms together and used their shrines to suppress its Authority.
• Su Hao and Reshiram unleashed Terastal Inferno Overdrive—Blue Flame Style, leaving Dark Lugia unconscious so Articuno could imprison it and Diancie could begin dissolving its negative energy.
• After the islands became a sanctuary guarded by the Legendary Birds, Su Hao found Incineroar had reached Elite Four Level and Leafeon had broken Articuno’s Sword-Trial Ice Stone, then heard Lugia speak from within Dark Lugia.

Su Hao secured first place in the rankings, then traveled to Island Sanctuary to help Diancie pursue her final transformation. The Tapu began training Diancie and Su Hao’s Pokémon while Su Hao rapidly developed his Psychic powers.

• Lugia transformed Hisuian Braviary’s Silver Feather into Storm’s Blessing, and Su Hao was appointed the Legendary Birds’ divine envoy to negotiate with the Five Powers Alliance.
• Su Hao defeated three of the four Elite Four representatives in battles for the Legendary Birds’ feathers, then left the sanctuary to climb the rankings.
• Su Hao captured Guzzlord’s attention in Shilin Town, where Naganadel appeared, identified Diancie as the Cocoon of Light, and urged Su Hao to take her to the four Guardian Deities for her final transformation.
• After earning Elite Four Level Trainer certification, Su Hao defeated Guang Lan with Hisuian Braviary and the three Legendary Birds, claiming first place in the rankings.
• Su Hao traveled to Island Sanctuary, defeated the intervening Overlord Pokémon, and joined Xing Tiandao in overcoming the Totem Wishiwashi School.
• Su Hao released Diancie’s Radiant Power, drawing the four Tapu to Akala Island, where they explained that Diancie needed to develop a signature Z-Move before they could perform the transformation ritual.
• The Tapu selected Diancie, Leafeon, and Zeraora to cultivate signature Z-Moves, while Tapu Lele offered to train Su Hao and Kapu offered to train Milotic.
• Su Hao began training across the islands and practiced the Xing family’s Astral Meditation Method, rapidly increasing his Psychic powers with Tapu Lele’s help.

Su Hao helped Zoroark unite the Spirit Realm’s five King Clans, discovered the sleeping Hoopa and learned of Reshiram’s lost world, then prepared to challenge Bai Du for an Elite Four position. The challenge began with Incineroar’s costly victory over Salamence, and Mega Lucario faced Kingdra as the match continued.

• Su Hao trained with the Tapus, helped Diancie undergo Ultimate Burst, and watched her new Radiant Aura demonstrate power that could lead toward Legend.
• After Diancie accelerated Dark Lugia’s purification, Su Hao and Chu Ya entered the Spirit Realm and recruited Zoroark by promising to help her protect her children and become king.
• Su Hao and Zoroark defeated the five King Clans, unifying the Spirit Realm under Zoroark before Aegislash escorted Su Hao to the Sealed Inheritance Grounds.
• Spiritomb recognized Su Hao as the divine envoy and let him pass through the gate, where he found the sleeping Super Hoopa and reunited with Dragapult and its siblings.
• Giratina and Reshiram told Su Hao about Hoopa, Dark Matter, and Reshiram’s lost world, while Dragapult and its siblings defeated Incineroar in a spar.
• Su Hao announced his challenge to Bai Du, selected his team, and entered Ho-Oh Arena on his birthday before a huge crowd.
• Incineroar fought Bai Du’s Champion-level Salamence, used Cruel Leap Crush, and left Salamence severely injured before going Out of Battle itself.
• Mega Lucario battled Bai Du’s Kingdra, resisted its Whirlpool with a massive Aura Bullet, and teleported behind it to launch Close Combat.
