To be fair, Vivian was more than happy to "help" Lily in this situation. It was a rare chance to kick her opponent openly and without consequence. Since the idiot Werewolf had asked for it herself, the Vampire girl naturally didn't hold back. She knew she was weaker than a Werewolf, so she even ran more than thirty meters to build up speed. That kick came roaring through the air with terrifying force. It was truly a kick that could split the void, accompanied by a sound like silk ripping. Even Hao Ren felt a shiver watching from the side.
Once Lily finally crawled back up, the two of them naturally began wrestling.
"That pit was so deep, and it was shaped like a Vertical Shaft! How was I supposed to jump in a parabola?" Lily's focus was clearly a little off.
"When you jumped toward the opening, you could've kicked off the side for leverage! Even if you couldn't react in time, you could've adjusted your angle a little when you jumped, right? You act like an idiot all day long. I feel embarrassed just living under the same roof as you!" Vivian's focus wasn't any more appropriate.
"Can you two be quiet for a moment?!" Hao Ren finally unleashed the authority of a Landlord. (In truth, he didn't have much authority; he merely pointed at the two superwomen and raised his voice.) His shout finally drew the girls' attention back to the matter at hand. "This place still hasn't been dealt with. What are we going to do about that pile of tin cans below? What about the failed seals and runes in the Underground Palace? More importantly, what are we going to do with this stone?"
Hao Ren pointed at the Demon Stone Lily had casually tossed
