After Jiang Fan destroyed the Four Great Holy Lands, he entered the Jietian Battlefield to gather Law Source Liquid and fulfill his promise to send Jiang Ming back to the Upper Realm. He returned to defend the Mystic Heaven Realm, then faced four remaining conquerors after killing True One Daoist.

• A golden claw killed the Void Realm Old Ancestor and restored Jiang Ming to her little-girl form, while the Upper Realm being told Jiang Fan to grow stronger and enter the Jietian Battlefield.
• Jiang Fan returned to find the Zixiao Sect under attack, then killed the three Holy Masters and their Old Ancestors, ending the Four Great Holy Lands.
• After learning the Jietian Battlefield offered a chance to ascend, Jiang Fan accepted the trial and prepared the Mystic Heaven Realm’s defenses around its Law Source Liquid.
• Jiang Fan entered the Blood Moon Realm, took its Law Source Liquid, and then saved the Lingxiao Realm from Bloodflame before accepting its source liquid as well.
• Jiang Fan gathered Law Source Liquid from several more realms, defeated Elder Jin Ge, and fused three strands of Great Dao Essence to reach the peak of the middle Void Realm.
• Jiang Fan returned to the Mystic Heaven Realm, killed an attacker, and learned that the realm ranked second with thirteen portions of Law Source Liquid.
• Five conquerors surrounded the Mystic Heaven Realm and demanded its source liquid, but Jiang Fan challenged them and struck down True One Daoist.

After winning the Jietian Battlefield, Jiang Fan sacrificed his Great Dao foundation to kill Mo Lou and protect the Mystic Heaven Realm. In the Supreme Sacred Realm, he joined Heavenly Divination Palace, began repairing his meridians, and accepted Daoist Xuanji as his master while searching for a way to recover his cultivation.

• Jiang Fan defeated Zhu Jiuyang, spared him, and took his Law Source Liquid to secure first place in the Jietian Battlefield.
• Mo Lou ambushed Jiang Fan before he could leave the Mystic Heaven Realm, and Jiang Fan burned his Great Dao Essences to kill him with the Soul-Devouring Ancient Mirror.
• Jiang Fan entered the Supreme Sacred Realm with Jiang Ming and chose Heavenly Divination Palace after revealing that his meridians and Great Dao foundation were damaged.
• Daoist Xuanji welcomed Jiang Fan into Heavenly Divination Palace and learned that Jiang Ming likely carried blood from the Heavenly Demon Imperial Court.
• Daoist Xuanji found a Nine-Orifice Meridian-Penetrating Lotus for Jiang Fan, whose meridians mostly healed after seven days of painful refinement.
• The elders rejected Jiang Fan as a disciple because his Great Dao foundation had been destroyed, so Daoist Xuanji offered to become his master himself.
• Daoist Xuanji taught Jiang Fan about the Upper Realm’s cultivation stages and urged him to focus on the Primordial Meditation Technique, which might help him sense the Great Dao again.

Jiang Fan took Jiang Ming and a group of cultivators toward the ruins at Black Wind Ridge, where a clash with Xiao Yun forced them into Ghost Cry Valley. Trapped in a domain around a giant skeleton and shrunk to tiny size, Jiang Fan introduced himself to the remains.

• Daoist Xuanji gave Jiang Fan Law Source Liquid and notes on the great dao, but Jiang Fan could not break through the barrier preventing him from using the treasures.
• Jiang Fan left seclusion with Jiang Ming, met Lu Song after intervening against Xiao Tian, and joined Lu Song’s group on its journey to Black Wind Ridge.
• Xiao Tian and then Xiao Yun attacked Jiang Fan and his companions, but Wei Lang ruled that Jiang Fan had acted in self-defense and warned him that Xiao Yun might seek revenge.
• Jiang Fan and Lu Song’s group chose a dangerous detour through Black Wind Ridge and Misty Marsh, where Jiang Ming helped them avoid traps and drove off a Poison-Scaled Crocodile Flood Dragon.
• The group reached the battlefield ruins and searched them without finding treasures or help for Jiang Fan’s damaged Great Dao Foundation.
• Xiao Yun ambushed the group at the ruins, forcing Jiang Fan to flee with Jiang Ming into Ghost Cry Valley after he used his blood essence to break Xiao Yun’s Earth Cage.
• Jiang Fan and Jiang Ming endured the valley’s draining force and attacks from demonic beasts, while Jiang Fan used the Soul-Devouring Ancient Mirror against Soul-Eating Beasts.
• A giant pangolin chased Jiang Fan and Jiang Ming through a transformed swamp until a white barrier stopped it, and Jiang Fan discovered that they were trapped, shrunk inside a domain surrounding an enormous human skeleton.

Jiang Fan restored his cultivation, defeated Xiao Yun, and rescued children implanted with Demon Seeds before discovering that the Cangming Sect had been captured by the Crimson-Refining Ancestor. With Jiang Ming’s blood, he purified the sect’s Demon Seeds and helped its surviving disciples recover, then told them of Master Cangming’s death as Wei Hongyi questioned his origins and strength.

• Wu Ji restored Jiang Fan’s Great Dao Foundation, passed on his memories and the Primordial Great General Token, and charged him with finding the Martial Emperor’s descendants.
• Jiang Fan emerged from Ghost Cry Valley and killed Xiao Yun, then treated Lu Song and the others before continuing toward the Cangming Sect with Jiang Ming.
• At a ruined temple, Jiang Fan and Jiang Ming found children implanted with Demon Seeds, and Jiang Fan removed the seeds before learning that the Crimson-Refining Ancestor might be targeting the Cangming Sect.
• Jiang Fan and Jiang Ming found thousands of Cangming Sect disciples imprisoned beneath the sect, where Crimson Moon helped them escape the blood mist and revealed the sect’s destruction.
• Jiang Fan confronted the Crimson-Refining Ancestor at Blood-Fiend Valley and stopped the Blood-Fiend formation, then used Jiang Ming’s golden-red blood to reverse the Earth Vein and purify the disciples’ Demon Seeds.
• Crimson Moon introduced Jiang Fan and Jiang Ming to the surviving Cangming Sect leaders, and Jiang Fan revealed that Master Cangming had died after protecting Mo Lou.
• Jiang Fan gave Yuheng True Person the Blood-Fiend True Scripture and declined to stay, while Wei Hongyi arrived and questioned Jiang Fan about his exceptional strength.
