"This disciple was born in a barren valley in the Western Land. Ever since I gained intelligence, all I saw were desolate and ruined scenes, and I rarely encountered any living beings. I believed that the land where I was born was my home. We Innate Beings are favored by the Heavenly Dao and inherit many blessings, so we should never forget to repay Heaven and Earth. Thus, along the way, this disciple repaired and nurtured the earth veins, cleansed the filth from the land, and devoted himself to restoring the vitality of the Western Land without ever stopping. Over time, the Heavenly Dao bestowed much Aura of Merit upon me." Jiang Yun explained everything in an unhurried manner.

"Excellent!" Jieyin and Zhunti applauded and praised him greatly after hearing this.

The two of them were Innate Fiendgods with top-tier Root Foundations from the Western Land, born in an ancestral spiritual land such as Mount Sumeru. From the moment they were born, they had seen how prosperous and flourishing the Western Land was. "Below the Golden Immortal Realm, the physical body, magic power, and primordial spirit each follow their own paths. Whoever masters one of them can overwhelm others through sheer strength. Upon reaching the Golden Immortal Realm, one begins comprehending laws, integrating a trace of law into their Essence, Qi, and Spirit, and attaining golden nature and imperishability. From then on, one exists alongside the world."

"The Grand Unity Golden Immortal Realm is difficult to cultivate. One must perfect the three treasures of Essence, Qi, and Spirit, thereby opening the Three Flowers above the crown. The Flowers of Heaven, Earth, and Man correspond respectively to the primordial spirit, magic power, and physical body."

"A Grand Unity Golden Immortal cultivates the Five Qi in the Chest. The Five Qi correspond to the five organs: the heart belongs to fire, the liver to wood, the spleen to earth, the lungs to metal, and the kidneys to water. By guiding the Five Qi into the five organs, one replenishes the body's vital essence and tempers the physical body, achieving twice the result with half the effort. Once the physical body has been tempered to perfection and the foundation has become firm and solid, one can give birth to the Flower of Essence above the crown, which governs the body."

"By refining the Five Qi into one's own magic power, one can give birth to the Flower of Qi when the magic power becomes abundant. By nurturing the primordial spirit with the Five Qi, one can give birth to the Flower of Spirit once the primordial spirit reaches perfection. When the Three Flowers Gather at the Crown, one can enter the realm of the Grand Luo Golden Immortal."

Jieyin carefully explained to Jiang Yun the cultivation experience and various bottlenecks of the Grand Unity Golden Immortal Realm. These words of experience would save him many detours, help him avoid many wrong paths, and allow him to cultivate smoothly onward.
