Background

Mobius was a “born knowing” prodigy whose intellect and ability to understand others developed from birth. Her exceptional talent shaped an outlook far removed from ordinary people and drove her toward obsessive, frontier-level research. She considers conviction and pride essential to scholarship, especially when pursuing work that invites public condemnation. 10

As the original designer of the Fusion Warrior Project, Mobius pursued humanity’s evolution through Honkai-derived power. She was willing to sacrifice herself, others, and anything else for her ideals; in her own view, treating scholars and soldiers equally simply meant that no one held special value over anyone else. 17

She became the third Fused Warrior herself. The surgery further distorted her values, and she initially regarded potential subjects primarily as laboratory animals with research value. 8

Appearance

Mobius is a green-haired woman with snake-like eyes and an appearance repeatedly noted as striking. Her physiology becomes increasingly mutable following her resurrection and later spirit–matter fusion.

Personality

Mobius is intensely competitive, arrogant, and driven by intellectual curiosity. She initially distrusts Ai Yue because his rapid accomplishments do not resemble the obsessive, conviction-driven genius she expects; his completion of the Fusion Warrior Project also forces her to confront jealousy for the first time. 10 13

Her ruthlessness is paired with unusual consistency: Mobius is willing to use herself as an experimental subject as readily as anyone else. She repeatedly volunteers for dangerous research because her resurrection reduces the need to risk other lives, even when the possibility of permanently losing that ability is raised. 105 106

Although she keeps most people at a distance and dismisses “vulgar people” to avoid unwanted social interaction, Mobius gradually becomes more open with Ai Yue and other allies. Her concern for Ai Yue is especially pronounced; she objects whenever he treats his life as expendable and can accurately identify when he is concealing a reckless plan. 19 106 282 283

Mobius tests Ai Yue’s competence with a partial Fusion Warrior Project document. His one-day completion of the Garuda Hypervariable Factor and his theoretical model for redundant mutations force her to reassess the sacrifices she considered unavoidable. 10 12 17

Artificial Herrscher Research

Mobius repeatedly uses herself to test simulated Herrscher gene serums. An unstable spatial-authority experiment kills her, reveals her resurrection process, and eventually leads to stable long-range teleportation and later a Third Herrscher-derived combat state. 24 25 30 61

Herrschers of Domination

After receiving genetically encoded Bio-Armor, Mobius joins the battle against the Herrschers of Domination in her giant serpent form. Her targeted toxin production becomes a key contribution to the battle. 71 83

Stigmata Project

Mobius volunteers for the project despite its unknown risks. The resulting transformation deprives her of ordinary mental-power fluctuations and produces the first successful spirit–matter fusion case, allowing her to develop Soul Power and Phasing. 106 142 145 220
