Background / History

Li Yuan was a 21st-century Earthling who transmigrated to Douluo Continent. He was abandoned at the entrance to Douhun Village and adopted by its chief, Duke. His appetite and physique grew abnormally fast; by age six, he could kill a hundred-year Soul Beast tiger with his bare hands. 1

His Keyboard Martial Soul awakened during the village’s Spirit Awakening Ceremony. Although its appearance disappointed him, Li Yuan’s innate strength and later cultivation allowed him to become a Soul Master. 3 37

After entering the Sunset Great Forest, Li Yuan spent four years among Soul Beasts, raided the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Eyes, consumed Heavenly Treasures, and survived Juhua’s repeated “training.” These events awakened his ability to alter his appearance, physique, Martial Soul appearance, and Soul Ring colors. 27
