Survival of the Uchiha Massacre

Izumi first encounters a disguised Neji near the Uchiha Police Force headquarters while he is collecting Sharingan from the dead. She throws a kunai at him, but notices that his clean clothing and refusal to retaliate do not fit the surrounding killings. Rather than flee, she heads toward the headquarters to warn her clansmen 10.

The Masked Man intercepts her. Her shuriken pass through his intangible body, and he restrains her with chains, strikes her with a sickle, and removes her Sharingan.
