Aozaki Touko navigated the Holy Grail War’s shifting alliances while helping Kirei and clashing with the kings over their wishes. Saber defeated Lancelot, Touko transformed Shinji with a Soul Gem, and Gilgamesh’s assault on Kayneth and Lancer began.

• Beo defended Einzbern Castle as Touko and Artoria considered the other factions’ caution, while Iskandar brought Waver to meet Touko and proposed that she join him.
• Touko fought Diarmuid and Berserker, learned their techniques with Infinite Martial Arts, and used a kiss from Saber to recover from Diarmuid’s cursed wound.
• Touko bought Kayneth’s stolen Magecraft Furnaces, agreed to shelter Sola, and treated Kirei, who returned home and embraced Karen in tears.
• Touko and Gilgamesh competed over weather and coin tosses, while Kayneth sent Lancer and Berserker to attack the Tohsaka residence before Gilgamesh drove them off.
• At Touko’s banquet, Iskandar, Artoria, and Gilgamesh argued over kingship and the Grail, and Artoria revealed that she wanted to return to the past and save Britain.
• Touko defended Artoria, then accompanied her to the Matou Household, where Saber used Excalibur to defeat Lancelot and Touko gave Shinji a Soul Gem that transformed him.
• Gilgamesh went to the Kaiyue Hotel to confront Kayneth and Lancer, while Kayneth unleashed Moon Dew Spirit Marrow and challenged Tohsaka Tokiomi.

Aozaki Touko completed the Third Magic, allied with Altrouge, and confronted the Dead Apostles who sought to destroy her. After Touko defeated Crimson Lord and ended the civil war, Altrouge took control of his faction while Touko pursued her plans for a new life system.

• Aozaki Touko and Artoria defeated the remaining Servants at Ryuudou Temple, and Touko cleansed the Grail before entering the Root with Tohsaka Tokiomi.
• Touko returned from the Root with the Third Magic, became the Einzbern head, and summoned Solomon, who chose to become human.
• As Dead Apostles rallied against Altrouge, Touko negotiated with the Clock Tower, the Bartholomello family, and the Holy Church to keep them out of the conflict.
• Crimson Lord gathered allies against Altrouge, while Arcueid joined the opposition before changing sides after learning her sister was pregnant.
• Touko drew the Dead Apostles and their forces into her Eternal Doll Kingdom and challenged Crimson Lord, defeating him after he unleashed his full power.
• Nero Chaos surrendered to Touko, other Dead Apostles gave up, and Altrouge took control of Crimson Lord's defeated faction.
• Touko recruited Nero Chaos to help her develop a new life system, then returned to the Pope and restored the years of life she had promised him.

Aozaki Touko helped Aozaki Aoko awaken the Fifth Magic, welcomed Illya and Remilia into the family, and ended Roa’s threat. She then advanced the worldwide plan to prevent the world’s end while reconnecting with Kayneth and Waver.

• Aozaki Touko pushed Aozaki Aoko to face Nero Chaos, and Aoko awakened the Fifth Magic after he threatened Yaya.
• Aozaki Touko welcomed newborn Illya, reunited with her family, and learned that Altrouge was carrying another daughter of hers.
• Aozaki Touko brought Ciel to Tohno Shiki, trapped Roa’s soul in her Reality Marble, and destroyed him before he could reincarnate.
• Aozaki Touko promised to protect Tohno Akiha from her Inversion Impulse and agreed to help Kishimo Arcueid meet Church leaders.
• Altrouge gave birth to Remilia, and Aozaki Touko named the blue-haired baby Remilia Brunestud.
• Aozaki Touko continued the worldwide magic-circle project with Roman and Kayneth while showing Illya a dream world where she could meet the Rose Maidens.
• Aozaki Touko gave Waver a Soul Gem as an external magical organ and promised to bring Iskandar from the Throne of Heroes if her prophecy of their reunion failed.

Aozaki Touko protected the Izuluma sisters, trained Remilia with Scathach, and drew Tohsaka Rin into plans to advance the Holy Grail War. The stretch ended with Illya’s new magic attracting Lainis and Gray to the Aozaki household, where they discussed keeping the supernatural hidden.

• Aozaki Touko joined Waver’s Clock Tower classroom, returned to Altrouge and Remilia, and began training Remilia while pursuing research with Emiya Kiritsugu and visiting Artoria.
• At the Izuluma banquet, Byron announced that Tiadra and Estra would belong to Touko, and the sisters revealed that his experiments threatened their lives.
• Touko offered Byron Nero Chaos as a research subject instead of the sisters, then took Tiadra and Estra under her protection and promised to show them the world.
• Touko brought Remilia to the Land of Shadow, where Scathach fought Touko for three days before agreeing to train Remilia as her disciple.
• Touko met Tohsaka Rin, announced plans to advance the Holy Grail War, gave her a summoning relic, and brought her to an auction where Touko won an Aphrodite-related gemstone.
• Touko and Rin went shopping together after the auction, while Sakura secretly followed them and later confronted Rin at home with Tohsaka Aoi.
• The Blonde Girl warned Kuonji Alice that a magic circle based on the First Magic could create an alternate world, and Alice said she trusted Touko.
