Illya, Touko, and the other Masters prepared for the Holy Grail War as Servants gathered and alliances clashed across Fuyuki. The arc left Touko confronting Mordred with a promise to reveal where her Father King was.

• Illya discovered her Command Spell and learned from Touko that she was expected to enter the Holy Grail War, while Touko explained the Servants and the stakes.
• Touko recruited Medea as her Servant, while Remilia, Rin, Sakura, Shinji, Shirou, and Bazett prepared their own summons and entered the conflict.
• Sakura and Medusa confronted Shinji and his blue-haired Rider to reclaim Medusa’s head, while Shirou joined Shinji and their Servants in resisting the pursuers.
• Touko trusted Medea to decide how to handle the confrontation, and the battle spread through Fuyuki as Mordred and Shishigou Kairi pursued it.
• Illya fought Bazett’s group at Einzbern Castle, used her Magic Wand to defend herself, and survived with help from a castle maid before her opponent escaped with Frankenstein.
• Medea overwhelmed Archer, but Shirou and Shinji used Command Spells to summon their Servants away before she could strike him with Rule Breaker.
• Touko confronted Mordred and introduced herself as Artoria’s former Master, then stopped Mordred from leaving by offering to tell her where her Father King was.

As Aozaki Touko’s Holy Grail War drew new rivals into Fuyuki, Mordred confronted Gray and Illya awakened dangerous powers while Crimson Moon’s resurrection plans advanced. The stretch ended with Cú Chulainn fighting Remilia and Medea offering Illya an alliance against the Tohsaka sisters, Matou Shinji, and Emiya Shirou.

• Aozaki Touko defeated Mordred in a prolonged fight, then showed her photographs of Artoria’s family, prompting Mordred to leave and judge whether Gray deserved to be Artoria’s adopted daughter.
• Touko met Crimson Moon and offered to prepare a body for her resurrection, while Remilia and Cú Chulainn began their own clash under Scathach’s orders.
• Mordred confronted Gray at her villa, but Bedivere stepped in to protect her, and Gray and Mordred later unleashed their Noble Phantasms against each other.
• Touko told Mordred she had promised Artoria she would save Britain, and Mordred witnessed the day Artoria drew the Holy Sword without being able to affect the past.
• Illya awakened more of her Life Tree power while fleeing Remilia, then later fought Archer and used a Command Spell to summon Berserker, forcing Archer to retreat.
• Touko confronted Cú Chulainn and Bazett, then encouraged Bazett to recognize her own worth, while Mordred learned Artoria would arrive in Fuyuki the next day.
• Ryougi Ori fought Mordred, but stopped when Ryougi Shiki’s happiness weakened her fighting spirit, while Scathach and Remilia encountered Cú Chulainn in a park.
• Archer questioned Emiya Shirou about his wish to become a champion of justice, and Medea approached Illya with an offer to cooperate against the Tohsaka sisters, Matou Shinji, and Shirou.

Aozaki Touko gathered allies and confronted Crimson Moon as the Holy Grail War gave way to an apocalypse. She rebuilt the world inside her Reality Marble, restored Earth, and left the story facing Crimson Moon’s arrival and Altrouge’s unexpected claim on her family.

• Illya lured the group into Touko’s Reality Marble, where Shinji fought her and lost the katana that embodied the price of her magecraft.
• Ryougi Ori joined the battle, and Shirou used both Command Spells to send Archer back to fight while Touko explained the Holy Grail’s purpose to Medea.
• Artoria reunited with Mordred, who accepted Touko’s offer of training and a longer life, while Shinji confessed her feelings to Shirou and agreed they could only be friends.
• Remilia’s forces cornered Shinji and Shirou, then confronted Illya at Einzbern Castle, but Remilia’s vision of Illya’s destructive future made her withdraw.
• Touko revealed the Holy Grail at Ryuudou Temple and offered it to Remilia, whose wish to resurrect her grandmother brought Crimson Moon to Mount Enzou.
• Touko fought Crimson Moon as the apocalypse began, then overcame the Counter Guardian’s interference and spread her Reality Marble to shelter humanity.
• Touko restored the planet by pouring stored magic into it and remaking a new world, while survivors offered wishes for the lives they would lead there.
• Touko restored the world and altered ordinary people’s memories, then let Gems escape to a Parallel World before Crimson Moon arrived and Altrouge called herself Touko’s mother-in-law.

Aozaki Touko moved between Britain’s past and the present while Illya and Miyu gathered the means to save Miyu’s world. The arc ended with Touko arriving alongside Young Gil and the assembled forces preparing to confront the Einsworth family.

• Merlin entered the past and met young Arthur, while Illya caught Ruby and learned she could become a Magical Girl.
• Touko met Mordred in Britain and agreed to teach her, then used magic to restore the villagers’ harvest without demanding human sacrifices.
• Illya and Rin confronted Medusa, and Miyu joined them as they began collecting Heroic Spirit cards.
• Goetia challenged Touko’s refusal to impose her will on humanity, and the two agreed their conflict would end in one of their deaths.
• Artoria drew the Sword of Selection despite Merlin’s warning, then later reunited with Touko and entered Avalon with her.
• Touko refused Miyu’s plea to save her world at first, but Illya and Miyu discovered that the Salvation Ritual required a world as its sacrifice.
• Touko returned to Fuyuki, saved Illya from Black Saber, and told her Arcueid was pregnant with Flandre Brunestud.
• Illya and Miyu collected more cards as Rin and Luviya sought support for the ritual, while Remilia assembled an army to aid them.
• Touko agreed to help once Miyu’s world completed the necessary preparations, defeated the black King of Heroes, and arrived at Mount Enzou with Young Gil.
