Henry certainly wouldn't keep his actions a secret from everyone.

He disliked collaborators who never said anything, then dragged him into it when things went wrong, refusing to cooperate. Since he hated that kind of person, Henry certainly didn't want to be like that himself.

However, to avoid having to answer the same question multiple times from everyone, the disguised Black Super had Magneto gather those he felt needed to hear or were interested in knowing, and then provide a unified explanation.

Henry spent two or three nights just preparing. He even specially chose a day, after dinner at Catherine Hepburn Family, to disguise himself and go to the Brotherhood of Mutants ' secret base.

Normally, it's fine to come over in the middle of the night to do research. But since you're going to be reporting your work and direction to these people, don't make things too difficult for them and force them to stay up all night with you.

The main reason, in Black Super, is probably that not many people have the patience to listen to it.

Instead of making them bottle up their anger and stay up all night listening to my ramblings, I should just go when they usually hang out at bars. Impatient people will naturally go drinking and having fun. I can also save myself some resentment.

A Mutants, wearing Black Super, had one of the stone walls at the spot where he planned to speak smooth as a mirror. This would make it perfect for a projector, eliminating the need for a separate screen.

Seeing the efficiency and results of the construction, Henry couldn't help but privately praise Magneto, "Didn't you think about how to use Mutants abilities to increase productivity? Grinding such a smooth stone surface is not something an ordinary person could do."

As the administrator of Genosha Island, Magneto was well aware of how important productivity was to the continuation and prosperity of a region.

He said helplessly, "You should understand that what people want to do and what they are capable of doing are not necessarily the same. What If...? we force a task onto someone just because their mutant ability is suitable for doing something, it goes against their free will."

"Furthermore, if certain tasks become overly concentrated on one person, creating a dependency, problems can easily arise from a macro perspective. What If...? that link is lost, wouldn't the whole thing become impossible to move forward?"

"From a personal perspective, it's easy to foster an arrogant attitude; or the work might be too concentrated, leading to complaints about uneven distribution. So, does that mean I don't want to make the most efficient allocation? No, I'd rather everyone do these things voluntarily."

After hearing Magneto's explanation, Black Super understood the Mutants issue on Genosha Island.

Human nature is lazy, and the abilities of Mutants may not necessarily play a significant role in every stage of productivity. This can easily lead to a situation where, in a process, one person can easily complete a task based on their abilities, while others are left with only drudgery.

Or perhaps a certain step is crucial, but the output is low. In that case, others will complain that the Mutants in that step are slowing down the overall process.

People who say such things won't happen are simply living a very happy life and have never worked in the workforce.

In short, if no one is willing to contribute their efforts, then the only option is to use the most primitive method: to distribute the work equally among everyone.

Then the birth of Mutants is always accompanied by some unpleasantness. These people are sent to Genosha Island, but not necessarily entirely voluntarily. It's a lie to say that such people would be very motivated to work and live on the island.

What does this living environment resemble? To put it bluntly, it's like a prison.

But Magneto isn't the warden; he acts with the intention of serving everyone and caring for his fellow human beings. Therefore, it's easy to imagine how many complaints he'll receive and how many difficulties he'll encounter.

Mutants degrees of power; those suited for manual labor may not be adept at combat, leading to situations of internal oppression.

Thinking about it this way, I can suddenly understand why the Inhumans rule their race through royal power.

In the comics, the system established by Mutants in Krakoa, though called a parliament, is in reality a system of authoritarian rule. Just look at the seats in the Quiet Council —is there even one Mutants of Epsilon-class representing them?

Because without such a powerful authority, it would be impossible to control Mutants or Inhumans who want to take shortcuts through violence, and even the functioning of society would easily run into problems.

It is said that God helps those who help themselves. What If...? the entire ethnic group is like this, it is pointless to help them think of ways to improve productivity. In fact, you might just be seen as meddling.

So today's situation is very simple: Magneto asked for help, Black Super helped, and Magneto took the money and left. A clear price was set, and the transaction was completed.

After figuring things out, Black Super stopped thinking about anything else, organized the content of his report, and waited for the Mutants to gather.

This wasn't a meeting where subordinates reported to their superiors or where a party reported to a client; there weren't many formalities. The only person Black Super needed to persuade was Magneto; everyone else was just there as an observer.

When the time came, Black Super started by saying, "Regarding the topic of awakening ordinary humans and giving them mutant abilities, we must first distinguish the physiological differences between ordinary humans and Mutants."

"Previously, I requested that you prepare twenty blood samples—ten from ordinary people and ten from Mutants —to conduct a genetic investigation anonymously and without classification."

The first projected image is the X-Gene image of twenty samples. The Black Super even highlighted it.

To state the conclusion directly, everyone possesses the X-Gene and has the potential to awaken mutant abilities. The difference between ordinary humans and Mutants lies solely in whether or not they have activated their X-Gene.

"Don't think that my sample size is too small or not representative. In fact, this conclusion was drawn from another report, which aimed to obtain blood samples from ten ordinary humans, just to verify this conclusion."

The man in Black Super quickly displayed the Kree's preliminary research report on the Inhumans, then casually handed a paper copy to Magneto. It was a translated version, of course, not a direct presentation of alien language.

However, some people awaken their mutant abilities during their adolescence and become Mutants; others never encounter that opportunity, so they live ordinary lives.

"What we need to do today is simply find a way to reliably activate the X-Gene, and one that is harmless and has no side effects."

Then Black Super launched into a series of academically rigorous theoretical reports. These included how, during adolescence, extreme emotions affect the brain's secretion of substances, causing different parts of the brain to exhibit varying activity changes, one of the outward manifestations of which is a change in the magnetic field.

This research aims to investigate which secreted substances might be key to activating the X-Gene. Therefore, injecting large doses of these key substances into the human body, combined with external stimulation, would undoubtedly activate the X-Gene.
