"I don't need an apology. I wasn't uncomfortable." Henry hurriedly cut off the Russian young man, whose personality did not match his appearance and who looked eager to launch into a long speech. "Quicksilver should have told you about my suggestion. No problem with it, right?"
"No problem, sir. No one would object to having another more comfortable place to stay."
Henry immediately instructed, "All right. You, Quicksilver, pick two more people and come with me. Preferably people who can drive. I'll show you the way, and afterward, you can use the cars.
"Anyone who can still walk should be led there. It's about three or four miles away. Those who can't walk can be transported by car. Quicksilver and I will split up and prepare the things you'll need.
"As for who goes and who stays, I suggest you listen to Ms. Hepburn's opinion, then decide how to divide yourselves. I won't interfere. Is that acceptable?"
Colossus nodded. "That's fine, sir."
Unfortunately, Henry still found his heavy Russian accent awkward to listen to, especially when he recalled those early days after crossing over...
Suppressing the urge to punch someone, Henry looked toward Katharine Hepburn, who was making calls to summon help. Her private nurse, Maria Thomson, was tending to the more seriously injured children.
"Kate, I'm taking a few people to familiarize them with the house in the Tribeca District."
The old lady took a moment to cover the receiver and said, "Henry, everyone is hungry. Pick up some food while you're at it."
"Okay. I'll arrange it and have takeout delivered. I'll pay first, and you can just tip the delivery guy here." With that, Henry took his people out.
Next, Henry busied himself settling the sixty-seven Mutant students Quicksilver had brought over, ranging from eight or nine
