The conversation between Black Super, Cathy, and Weber sounded somewhat disjointed to those nearby. But judging from their serious tones, they seemed to be discussing something important, so no one interrupted recklessly.

"Cathy can see future crises, though she can't control that ability. Based on what she said, I suspect the first Artificial Sun experiment's catastrophic loss of control may very well have been Norman Osborn's doing.

"He didn't come to the scene himself. Instead, he used the Green Goblin's Goblin Glider to fire modified Pumpkin Bombs. That may also be why we found no evidence of the Green Goblin's involvement before—we were looking in the wrong direction.

"I don't know how he plans to interfere with the Artificial Sun experiment this time, but given the level of danger, he'll most likely stay out of sight again and use a remotely controlled Goblin Glider to strike from the shadows.

"So the target we need to find is the Goblin Glider in the picture. It may have additional equipment installed, but its basic shape shouldn't have changed much.

"The Goblin Glider itself has weapons such as machine guns and small missiles, so it isn't a threat to us. The difficult part will be finding small targets of an unknown number in the dark."

As for why Norman Osborn wanted to sabotage the second Artificial Sun experiment, Black Super understood his intentions after a moment's thought. It was entirely a business consideration.
