At dinnertime, Henry was the chef as usual. Lorna and Dane, who had been coming over to play with Skye lately, stayed for dinner as well. As for the "big" brother who claimed he was taking care of the girls, it was business as usual for him to be nowhere in sight.
Lorna and Dane simply did not live on East 49th Street. They practically ate all three meals here and came and went with Skye. Grandma had even considered setting up another bed and having Lorna move in outright.
At first, Quicksilver and Lorna got along fairly normally. Even with Super Speed, the games themselves did not run faster just because the player was fast. He could only patiently play through them at a normal pace and enjoy the satisfaction of clearing each one.
