After defeating Jellal and helping rebuild the Hidden Mist Village, Seiya became entangled in its plan to seal the Three-Tails and draw out the Akatsuki. As Naruto battled Orochimaru, Seiya spared Guren and Yukimaru, then confronted Deidara and proposed they become partners.

• Seiya defeated Jellal, purified the darkness influencing him, and split the Magic-Enlightenment Power before collapsing from exhaustion.
• Fiore honored Seiya and his companions, and Seiya agreed to teach Princess Emerald magic while remaining a member of Fairy Tail.
• Seiya returned to the Hidden Mist Village, revealed he had been revived, and reincarnated the former Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist.
• Seiya secured the swordsmen’s cooperation, gave them Three-Tomoe Sharingan, and joined Mei Terumi’s alliance with Konoha to seal the Three-Tails.
• As the sealing team struggled against Isobu, Seiya and Naruto confronted Orochimaru, while Seiya defeated Guren but spared her and Yukimaru.
• Naruto fought Orochimaru as Orochimaru transformed into the Eight-Headed Serpent Technique, and Deidara flew toward the lake with Tobi.
• Seiya approached Deidara and offered to join him as a partner because he admired his explosive art.

Seiya stopped the Akatsuki’s capture of Isobu and helped Mei Terumi become its Jinchuriki, then joined Konoha and Sunagakure against the Akatsuki. After Pain destroyed Konoha, Seiya helped expose Obito and Nagato’s plans, revived Ringo Ameyuri, and accompanied Mei to the Five Kage Summit, where Sasuke targeted him.

• Seiya defeated Deidara’s explosive attacks and drove Obito from Isobu, then helped Mei Terumi win the Three-Tails’ trust and become its Jinchuriki.
• Tsunade rebuked Konoha’s elders, but Pain devastated Konoha, fought Jiraiya, and captured Naruto before Seiya and Mei arrived.
• Seiya revealed Nagato’s weaknesses and the Akatsuki’s plans, while Jiraiya confronted his former students and died, and Nagato then revived Konoha’s victims.
• Seiya joined the rescue effort, saved Konan, and helped restore Minato, while Obito took Nagato’s Rinnegan and recruited Sasuke to the Akatsuki.
• Seiya exchanged Hidden Mist intelligence for shared mission resources, explained the Akatsuki’s plan to revive the Ten-Tails, and offered to revive Yahiko and Nagato if Konan joined the Hidden Mist Village.
• Seiya identified Obito as the masked man behind the Nine-Tails attack and revealed his Kaguya and Uzumaki heritage, then revived Ringo Ameyuri ahead of the Five Kage Summit.
• Seiya accompanied Mei Terumi, Gaara, and Tsunade to the summit, where Sasuke clashed with the Fourth Raikage and turned his attention to Seiya.

Seiya helped form the Ninja Alliance and led its fight against Obito, Kabuto, and Madara, overwhelming the Ten-Tails and then confronting Madara. Seiya persuaded Black Zetsu that he was Kaguya’s son, but after Madara became Kaguya, she denied knowing Seiya and left Black Zetsu questioning his identity and motives.

• Seiya defeated Sasuke at the Five Kage Summit, and Obito escaped with Sasuke while declaring the Fourth Shinobi World War.
• Tsunade and Seiya brought the Kage together to establish the Ninja Alliance, which chose Mei Terumi as supreme commander and Tsunade as chief strategist.
• Obito and Kabuto launched the war, and Seiya led a vanguard of revived shinobi to the battlefield.
• Seiya used Bone Asura to crush the Ten-Tails’ attacks and fight the beast, while the Ninja Alliance battled White Zetsu and revived shinobi.
• Black Zetsu forced Obito to revive Madara, who overwhelmed the battlefield with Wood Release and meteors before Seiya destroyed his Susanoo and fought him with clones and Bone Asuras.
• Seiya allowed Madara to absorb the Ten-Tails and told Black Zetsu he was Kaguya’s illegitimate son, persuading Black Zetsu to help release her.
• Madara became the Ten-Tails’ Jinchuriki and cast the Moon Eye Genjutsu, but Seiya remained unaffected and battered him while Naruto and Sasuke returned to confront Madara.
• Madara absorbed the God Tree and transformed into Kaguya, who denied having an illegitimate son and left Black Zetsu confused about Seiya.

Seiya negotiated an alliance with Kaguya, then joined Kirito in Under World to help develop its Artificial Souls. After Alice was arrested and Seiya was separated from his friends, he learned that Lybia was his biological sister and agreed to train with her before returning to Rulid Village.

• Seiya defeated Kaguya in a battle of endurance, won her cooperation, and warned her about the approaching Otsutsuki while she restored the Tailed Beasts and the Sage of Six Paths departed.
• Seiya and Kirito accepted Kikuoka’s paid assignment in Under World, where their mission was to help Artificial Souls develop complete artificial intelligence.
• Seiya, Kirito, Eugeo, and Alice discovered that the Blue Rose Sword could help them cut Gigas Cedar, then found a wounded Dark Knight and Goblins in the White Dragon’s cave.
• Seiya stayed behind to protect his friends from the Dark Goblins, grew stronger as he killed them, and collapsed after defeating their chief.
• Lybia carried the unconscious Seiya away, while Alice was arrested by Deusolbert for violating the Taboo Index.
• Lybia recognized Seiya as her missing younger brother and took him toward the Dark Empire after he refused to abandon Alice and return with her.
• Seiya and Kirito briefly awakened in RATH, where Seiya explained his separation from his friends and learned that Alice had been taken by an Integrity Knight.
• After waking from a two-month coma, Seiya accepted Lybia’s proposal to train at the Knight Order before traveling back to Rulid Village with her.
