After dispelling the curse Dobby had placed on the wall leading to Platform 9¾, Dumbledore grabbed Horatio by the scruff of his neck and kicked him through the wall.
Horatio rubbed his rear and got up from the ground, pushing the trolley Dumbledore had thrown in. "Ahhh!!! You old geezer, you deserve to die! How dare you kick my butt, you're finished!!!"
Harry, forcing himself to suppress a laugh, pulled Ron, who was still withdrawn, onto the train.
On the train, all the young wizards dared not approach the carriage Horatio was in.
Inside the carriage, Horatio exuded a terrifying aura, holding a book and reading it, occasionally letting out near-maniacal laughter.
In the adjacent carriage, Hermione asked Harry, "What's wrong with Horatio? Who provoked him?"
Harry replied, "It seems Professor Dumbledore kicked Horatio at the station just now."
"Hahahaha!!! This is great, this is it. Old geezer, prepare to say goodbye to your Hogwarts." Horatio's voice came from the next carriage.
Harry trembled in fear and said to Hermione, "Why don't you go comfort Horatio? If Hogwarts is gone, we won't be able to learn magic."
Hermione rolled her eyes at Harry. "Do you think I can handle him? And why aren't you going?"
Harry pointed to Ron, who was staring blankly out the window with no will to live beside him. "You saw what happened to Ron after he offended Horatio. If I went, I'd probably die horribly. If you go, Hermione, at least Horatio won't make things difficult for you."
Hermione thought about it; if Hogwarts was gone, she wouldn't be able to learn more knowledge. So, she nodded, put down the book in her hand, and went to Horatio's carriage next door.
Hermione pushed open the carriage door and saw Horatio holding Hathor, pointing at the books on the table. "Hathor, do you think we should do this one first, or this one?"
"Meow!!" Hathor patted a page of the book with its cat paw.
"Do this one first, okay, we'll do this one first." Horatio buried his face in Hathor's belly. "You're still the best to me."
"Horatio, are you okay?" Hermione entered the carriage. "Don't be angry with Professor Dumbledore, he did it for..."
"I'm not angry," Horatio said, looking up at Hermione. "I feel fantastic right now."
Horatio closed the book on the table and suddenly asked Hermione, "Hermione, do you believe in light?"
"Light? Do you mean lamplight or what kind of light?"
"It seems you don't believe, never mind then." Horatio put away the book on the table and took out many snacks from his cloth bag, placing them on the table. "Want some?"
Hermione nodded. "Okay, as long as you're alright." She then sat beside Horatio, petted Hathor's cat head, and enjoyed the snacks with Horatio.
What Hermione didn't notice was that the book Horatio had put away was clearly titled the Monster Creation Handbook.
Dumbledore, in the headmaster's office, suddenly felt a sense of impending doom. He shivered.
"I think I've made a mistake," Dumbledore said to Professor McGonagall, who was holding documents for his signature. "I was furious at the time, so I kicked Horatio. Knowing his personality, he's definitely thinking of doing something big to get back at me. I hope the situation can be controlled."
Professor McGonagall said worriedly, "I really don't know what to do with that child, Headmaster Dumbledore. Although I don't agree with punishing a child, I think this child really needs to suffer a little."
Dumbledore shook his head. "Isn't it good for him to be happy every day? Do you know what I worry about the most? It's not that he causes trouble, but that one day he stops causing trouble."
Dumbledore recalled the memory Harry had shown him last semester. Looking at the familiar girl, Dumbledore had a guess about the truth of the matter.
The train stopped at Hogsmeade Station. Horatio and Hermione changed into their school uniforms and got off the train. Horatio released Nut from the travel carrier, allowing it to return to its original form.
A beautiful white Hippogriff appeared before the young wizards. The new students marveled and gathered around Nut, while the older students were already used to it.
Hagrid, holding a lantern, shouted, "First-year students, stop crowding around Nut. You'll see it often in the future. Gather around me now."
Horatio led Nut towards Hagrid. Hermione grabbed him. "What are you doing? Second-years don't go that way."
"Heh heh, I forgot to tell you, Professor McGonagall notified us that we're repeating the year, so I'm still a first-year." Horatio extended his hand. "Please take care of me in the future, senior."
"Stop fooling around. If you want to ride Nut and leave, hurry up. I haven't received any notice about you repeating the year," Hagrid interrupted Horatio. "And Ron, you can leave your luggage on the train. The house-elves will help you take it to the dormitories."
"Sorry, Hagrid, Ron is a bit out of his mind recently." Harry took Ron's luggage, placed it down, and pulled Ron towards the station exit.
Horatio pulled Hermione onto Nut's back and flew towards Hogwarts.
Arriving at the empty Great Hall, Horatio looked at the Gryffindor long table, which had turned back into wood. "Where's my noble and majestic golden table? Why is it wood again? No, I have to dye it." Saying that, Horatio took out the Philosopher's Stone from his pocket.
Horatio knocked the Philosopher's Stone against the table, and nothing happened. "???" Disbelieving, he knocked it a few more times, but the table remained unchanged.
"Holy crap, did Professor McGonagall cast such a strong protection charm on her table to protect it?" Horatio studied it for a while and reached a conclusion.
"A mere protection charm wants to stop me?" Horatio drew out Kei and pointed it at the table. "Come on, let's see if you can withstand the passage of time. Accelerate."
Time magic lived up to its reputation as one of the most powerful magics in the world. The mana consumption was extraordinarily high. As the magic power within him was rapidly drained, the table quickly became rotten and dilapidated, finally dissipating into the air.
Hermione and the young wizards who gradually arrived in the Great Hall were stunned by Horatio's actions. Professor McGonagall, who was originally preparing to welcome the new students, rushed over after hearing the news. "Horatio!!! What did you do to my table?"
Horatio calmly drank a bottle of blue potion and said, "Professor McGonagall, your protection charm is indeed very powerful, but it seems it cannot withstand time."
Professor McGonagall's vision went black, and she almost fainted. You mastered such powerful time magic just to mess with a table.
With no other choice, Professor McGonagall had to bring out the original golden long table and place it back in its spot.
"I'll settle with you later," Professor McGonagall hurriedly left the Great Hall, preparing to welcome the new students.
Not long after, as the new students entered the Great Hall in a line, they also noticed that the Gryffindor table was slightly different from the other three houses.
"Which house is that? Why is it a bit different from the other houses?" Minion A asked, pointing at the Gryffindor table.
"I heard my brother say it was done by a great demon king named Horatio," Minion B replied.
Professor McGonagall led the new students to the Sorting Hat and said, "Next, I will call out the names one by one."
Horatio winked at Ginny, revealing a meaningful smile.
Ginny felt a sense of foreboding when she saw Horatio's smile.
Ignoring the cannon fodder NPCs in front, fast forward to Professor McGonagall shouting, "Ginny Weasley!!"
Ginny stepped forward and sat on the stool, silently chanting her wish to be in Gryffindor.
When the Sorting Hat was placed on her head, it opened its mouth and yelled, "Azkaban!!!"
Ginny froze, sitting helplessly on the stool, her eyes filled with tears, as a wave of gasps came from the students of the various houses below.
Horatio, satisfied, took out his Death Note and crossed out the line, "Ginny Weasley offended Horatio in Diagon Alley on August 24, 1992."
Dumbledore stood up, flashed to Ginny's side, comforted her for a moment, then picked up the Sorting Hat and flashed to Horatio's side, grabbed him by the scruff of his neck, and left the hall.
When they returned to the hall, Horatio had two large bumps on his head.
Dumbledore tossed him back to the Gryffindor table, handed the Sorting Hat to Professor McGonagall, comforted Ginny again, and then glared fiercely at Horatio.
Professor McGonagall also comforted Ginny, placed the Sorting Hat back on her head, and the now-normal Sorting Hat shouted, "Gryffindor!!"
Ginny wiped away her tears and ran tearfully towards Harry, seeking his comfort.
The twins, who had originally planned to avenge Ginny, immediately abandoned the idea when they saw Horatio write another sentence in his notebook: "Albus Dumbledore hit Horatio on the head twice outside the Hogwarts Hall on September 1, 1992. This hatred will last forever."
