Uchiha Izumi raised her hand and fired two shuriken at Obito.
Although she possessed the Three Tomoe Sharingan, Izumi had no idea how to use it. Her attacks were still far too basic. The fact that she was still using shuriken made her seem rather powerless.
Sure enough, the shuriken passed straight through Tobi's body without causing him any harm.
"How is that possible?"
Uchiha Izumi cried out in shock. Anyone seeing Tobi's Kamui for the first time would be unable to stop themselves from being stunned.

Tobi flung a chain from his hand. It instantly bound Izumi, dragged her to the ground, and pulled her to his feet. Then he raised the chain high, preparing to kill her.
"Wait."
However, Kagami spoke.
"Spare her life."
Tobi glanced sideways at Kagami.
"She has a pair of Three Tomoe Sharingan. I don't really want to let her go."
Kagami remained unmoved.
"There are plenty of Three Tomoe Sharingan within the Uchiha Clan. You can't take all of them anyway. Losing one more won't matter."
Tobi was silent for a moment before speaking.
"You're right. If I wipe out the Uchiha, losing one pair of Sharingan means nothing to me. But I want to know—why do you want to save her?"
"Is that important?"
"I think it's fairly important."
"She is important to Itachi. In the past, I couldn't save anyone, but that won't happen again."
"You should sever your old ties."
Tobi's eyes beneath his mask fixed on Kagami. He certainly didn't want to see Kagami still harboring any attachment to Konoha!
Kagami's face showed neither joy nor sorrow as he answered calmly.
