Soul-Based Awakening?

Somewhere in a remote stretch of the New World, aboard the Winter Grama, whose bow was shaped like a dragon's head, Dragon was looking through a document. It contained detailed arrangements for the operation to wipe out the remnants of the Revolutionary Army—even the assignments of the officers aboard every Marine Warship were laid out with astonishing clarity.

The overall plan for this operation was to use CP0's intelligence as a guide. Admiral Aokiji, Kuzan, would trap the Revolutionary Army's ships; Admiral Kizaru, Borsalino, would act as a mobile force to restrain their movements; and finally, Vice Admiral Yaen, Vice Admiral Gion, Vice Admiral Kake, and other powerful fighters, along with CP0 Members, would converge to exterminate them.

"What a terrifying arrangement..."

Seeing this, Dragon couldn't help sighing at the World Government's terrifying capabilities. If they had been caught completely unprepared, only a handful of the remnants of the Revolutionary Army under his command would probably have been able to escape that encirclement.

Dragon then raised his head and looked at Yaen, projected by the Den Den Mushi in front of him, before asking,

"Chief of Staff, does that mean we should split up and go completely underground, avoiding the World Government's plans to hunt us down?"

Yaen shook his head and said, "No, it's still too early. We have to find a way to restrain the World Government and the Marines a little longer."

Dragon's expression immediately became somewhat awkward. Pointing at the various Marine forces marked on the document, he said,
