Ash arrived as Time Fire and repeatedly clashed with Cure Yell while treating and challenging Hana and her friends. The arc left Hana having confessed her feelings to Ash, who said he loved Cure Yell and insisted Hana was not her.

• Hana saved Ash from a river, and he later transformed into Time Fire and fought beside V-REX against a Doomsday Monster.
• Ash operated on Hana after she collapsed, recognized her as his rescuer, and began treating her while learning about her demanding life.
• Ash and Hana clashed over his destructive methods, while Hana’s friends confronted their own fears, including Homare’s difficulty standing and Saya’s resentment of comparisons to her mother.
• Ash staged a duel to draw out Cure Yell, and Homare stood to return Hana’s sword, helping Hana break off the fight and leave to find her friend.
• Ash visited Hana’s family, met Kotori, and comforted Hana after she shared the story of being bullied, and Hana told him she was Cure Yell, but he dismissed it as a joke.
• At Saya’s movie premiere, Ash drove Hana there and made her up, while Hana struggled to seem mature and Ash confronted a dispirited man carrying a book.
• Hana told Ash she wanted an ordinary life and confessed that she liked him, but Ash said he loved Cure Yell and that Hana was similar to her but was not her.

Ash and Hana overcame the Rampage Energy consuming the world, confessed their love, and began building an ordinary life together. As they celebrated their birthdays, a mysterious girl vanished through a time rift and new shadows threatened Nursery City.

• Saya became a Doomsday Monster, and Cure Yell’s reckless battle against her ended when Ash and Hana wounded each other and Saya was freed.
• Hana’s despair transformed her into a monstrous Cure Yell, spreading darkness across the world, while Ash fought through her memories to reach her.
• Ash used a Mirai Crystal to restore Hana, confessed his love, and joined her and V-Rex Robot in defeating the Doomsday Monster.
• Ash helped Hana recover, and the two began a relationship while reconnecting with their friends and supporting Emiru’s return to rock music.
• Traum warned Ash that Rampage Energy had made him its human pillar, and Ash abandoned his attempt to build a mechanical replacement after Hana told him she was happy with him.
• Hana and Ash celebrated their birthdays with their friends, but a blonde girl emerged from a time rift, shrank into a baby, and disappeared after asking them to believe in the future.
• Homare warned Hana and Ash that demonic shadows threatened Nursery City, so Cure Yell and Time Fire fought them together and realized they were unlike the Doomsday Monsters.

Ash entered the Pretty Cure world, pursued Dark Echo while entangling himself with the Pretty Cure and the Selfish Organization, and fought beside them against Bel. He then took Regina as a source of Evil Thought Energy and forced Makoto to fight summoned adventurers for information about Princess Ann.

• Ash sacrificed himself to draw Rampage Energy away from Hana, died in battle, and crawled back from darkness determined to see her again before returning to her and their daughter.
• Ash arrived in Oogai City, found Ai-chan, and witnessed Ai and Rikka transform to fight Jikochu.
• Ash became Kamen Rider Ryuga, fought the Pretty Cure, and later rescued them and took them to the hospital after defeating them.
• Ash saved a choking infant with Rikka, leading her to question her dream of becoming a doctor and reconsider her jealousy of Ai and Makoto.
• Bel abducted Ai-chan and staged a confrontation at the docks, where Ash and Ai exposed his deception, after Bel injured Ai, Ash and the Pretty Cure defeated him and restored his victim’s Ling Shen Xin.
• Ash began serving Regina for Evil Thought Energy, then accepted her order to teach Makoto a lesson and promised information about Princess Ann if she won a fight.
• Ash summoned five Boukenger copies for Makoto to fight, and after she destroyed four, Adventure Red defeated her and she collapsed out of her Pretty Cure form.

Ash clashed with the Pretty Cure, tested Arisu, and helped Regina grow closer to the girls while concealing his intentions. After a cooking contest settled the fight for the Royal Jewels, Regina returned the final jewel and followed the five jewels as they flew elsewhere on Earth, while Ash dealt with Ira and Mammo.

• Regina confronted Makoto, and Ash argued that Mana could choose her own friends before Dai Bouken drove the Pretty Cure into Dark Field.
• Ai encouraged Makoto to stand with her friends, and the Pretty Cure restored their powers, defeated Dai Bouken, and returned from Dark Field.
• Makoto asked Ash for information about Princess, and he tested her loyalty before giving her the Spade J card and a map.
• Arisu challenged Ash to train her, and he fought her with summoned heroes until she awakened new power as Cure Rosetta.
• Regina tried to befriend the Pretty Cure at the museum, but taking the statue's red gem revealed a Royal Crystal and turned her eyes red.
• Ash fought the Pretty Cure as Ryuga while Regina demanded their jewels, then helped Regina escape with him after Ai made her worry about Ash.
• Joe guided the girls to the final Royal Jewel, and Ash and Regina challenged them to a contest that ended in a cooking match between Ash and Ai.
• Ai's cooking won, Ash persuaded Regina to return the last Royal Jewel, and the five jewels flew toward another part of Earth as Regina followed them.
• Ira and Mammo attacked Ash, but he caught their fists and struck them both in the stomach.
