Menma recruited Kisame, expanded his plans for Hoshigakure, and stole Byakugan during an attack on the Hyuga clan while sparing its members. Uchiha Hikari conquered the Kurosuki Clan and entered Konoha, where Menma noticed her.

• Menma confronted Kisame with evidence that Suikazan Fuguki was a traitor and offered him a place in his plan to unite the shinobi world, then recruited Ranshi and took his Red Eyes.
• Miroku connected her prophecy to Hoshigakure, while Menma planned schools and named his country the Land of Stars as foreign powers began watching it.
• Menma temporarily sealed Neji’s Caged Bird and asked whether he wanted to understand freedom, then attacked the Hyuga compound with illusions and summoned beasts.
• Menma defeated the Hyuga defenders, took Byakugan from four Main House elders, and escaped, while Hiruzen’s forces suffered injuries but no deaths.
• Hizashi met Menma in the hospital, learned of his goal to unify the shinobi world, and chose to risk the Hyuga clan’s future by opposing the Caged Bird.
• Menma met Shennong and Amaru in Konoha and secretly marked their chakra signatures, while Uchiha Hikari and Natsuhi fought Raiga Kurosuki at Jiangcao Gold Mountain.
• Hikari killed Raiga, took both Lightning Blade Kiba, and forced the Kurosuki Clan to submit before Fire Fly freed the miners and villagers and led the clan toward the Land of Stars.
• Hikari entered Konoha under Natsuhi’s name, explored the village, and caught Menma’s attention when he saw her on the street.

Menma drew Uchiha Hikari into the Uchiha clan’s tragic history while strengthening the Land of Stars and gathering new allies. The arc ended with Menma and his companions defeating Yomi’s forces and Miroku beginning to seal Moryo again.

• Menma showed Hikari the Uchiha clan massacre through the Book of Vermilion Moon, and Hikari saved Izumi from the illusion’s Itachi before giving her the power of Imprinted Tsukuyomi.
• Hikari and Menma confronted Fugaku about the Uchiha’s future, while Fugaku later told Itachi about their visit and Itachi reported it to Hiruzen.
• Menma traded with Orochimaru for Shin Uchiha’s cloned cells and cloning technology, then prepared the Land of Stars’ academy and discovered that Danzō had sent Kabuto to investigate.
• Menma captured Hiruko and took the Chimera Technique, then rescued Yakushi Nonō from Iwagakure and brought her to Star City.
• Menma opened the Land of Stars’ academy with a call for unity and peace, while Orochimaru agreed to study Kimimaro under Menma’s supervision.
• Ashikishi reached Star City after Moryo’s seal was broken, and Menma led Hikari, Kimimaro, Haku, and Ashikishi to rescue Miroku and Shion.
• Menma resisted Moryo while Hikari, Haku, and Kimimaro defeated Yomi and the Dark Medical Ninja, then used Tsukuyomi to overwhelm the demon as Miroku began the sealing technique.

Menma brought the Land of Demons into the Land of Stars, reunited Kabuto with Nonō, and rescued Shisui as Konoha’s Uchiha crisis worsened. The arc ended with Menma, Naruto, and Hinata beginning at the Ninja Academy, while Shisui remained in the Land of Stars weighing Fuka’s offer to relocate the Uchiha.

• Miroku and Menma sealed Moryo, and Miroku agreed to lead the Land of Demons into the Land of Stars.
• Hoshinin and Land of Stars officials began incorporating the Land of Demons as Menma prepared for Naruto’s first New Year celebration and Academy enrollment.
• Menma’s Shadow Clone explained how the Byakugan balanced Kimimaro’s bloodline disease, while Orochimaru and Hiruko began compatibility research.
• Kabuto discovered that Nonō was imprisoned and no longer recognized him, then learned from Menma that Danzo had manipulated them both.
• Menma brought Nonō and Kabuto together, and Kabuto agreed to join the organization while keeping their reunion and the orphanage children safe from Danzo.
• Danzo attacked Shisui to steal his right eye, but Asura rescued Shisui and brought him to the Land of Stars, where he received a transplanted Sharingan.
• Asura showed Shisui a vision of the Uchiha massacre, and Fuka urged him to consider moving the clan to the Land of Stars as Shisui struggled to choose a path.
• Menma, Naruto, and Hinata began at the Ninja Academy, where Naruto challenged Sasuke and Hinata fiercely warned their classmates not to target Menma.

Menma led an expedition to the moon, subdued the lunar Otsutsuki, and freed Hizashi from the Caged Bird seal. He rescued the Chinoike Clan from Hell Valley and brought them to the Land of Stars, while tensions with Kumogakure rose and Sasuke began training after losing to Menma.

• Menma and his allies traveled to the moon, fought through its defenses, and defeated Otsutsuki Sakuto and Toneri.
• Menma entered the Giant Tenseigan, met Hamura in the Pure Land, then returned and claimed authority over the eye as Toneri received the Byakugan.
• Menma used Rinyu to erase Hizashi’s Caged Bird Cursed Seal, and Hizashi began addressing the Branch House’s future.
• Menma joined Kakuzu, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Oyashiro En in Hell Valley, where he freed the Chinoike Clan and fought Raikage A, Killer B, and Yugito.
• Menma escorted the Chinoike survivors to the Land of Stars, assigned Kakuzu and Kisame new roles, and Dodai accused Konoha of concealing Asura’s identity.
• At the Academy, Menma defeated Sasuke in practical combat, and Itachi began training Sasuke while reflecting on Shisui’s disappearance and the Uchiha’s suspicions.
