Menma revived Kushina, showed her Naruto’s suffering and his vision for a new world, then expanded the Land of Stars through conflict and relief efforts. As Shisui reconsidered his loyalties and Pain attacked a relief convoy, a mysterious power awakened to defend Menma’s people.

• Chino graduated early and joined Natsuhi’s squad, where her newly awakened Ketsuryūgan helped defeat bandits and force Fuyuki Fubuki’s Snow ninja to retreat.
• Menma revived Kushina with Impure World Reincarnation, and she learned about his false life, saw Naruto shunned in Konoha, and began to understand his ambition to end war and hatred.
• When nobles in the Land of Swamps and the Land of Nether threatened Hoshigakure’s workers and refugees, Menma sent reinforcements, halted most trade, and prepared to confront Snow’s intervention.
• Kisame and Hoshigakure’s forces defeated the opposing armies, while Menma’s officials held public trials and incorporated the Land of Snow, the Land of Swamps, and the Land of Nether into the Land of Stars.
• Neji accepted Menma’s offer to pursue freedom from the Hyuga clan’s Caged Bird, and an illusion training regimen sharply improved his Gentle Fist skills.
• Shisui visited Nether Prefecture with a relief convoy, saw the Land of Stars rebuilding lives and communities, and began questioning whether preserving Konoha’s order could bring peace.
• Nagato sent Pain to Swamp Prefecture, where Natsuhi’s squad confronted the intruders and Shisui joined the fight, after Dark Kurama’s chakra empowered the defenders, Pain seized Shisui and a dark-red mark appeared on his hand.

Menma revived Minato and prepared the Land of Stars for the coming conflict, then intervened as Konoha moved to exterminate the Uchiha. The massacre became a wider uprising, and the Uchiha and Hyuga Branch House declared they would leave the Hidden Leaf.

• Menma used the Death God Mask and Impure World Reincarnation to bring Minato back, then showed Minato and Kushina the Land of Stars and explained his plans for a new nation.
• Menma expanded the Star Ninja Army, welcomed Minato and Kushina into his family, and prepared to rescue the Uchiha and Hyuga Branch House when Konoha’s leaders acted against them.
• Fugaku revealed his Mangekyō Sharingan and asked Itachi to support a coup, but Danzō pressured Itachi to choose Konoha, and Itachi enlisted Obito to massacre the Uchiha.
• Menma sent Uchiha Hikari, Minato, Kushina, Orochimaru, the Reanimated Hokage, and Hoshinin into Konoha as Itachi and Obito began the massacre.
• Menma’s forces disrupted Root and Konoha’s response, while Hizashi freed Hyuga Branch House members from their Caged Bird seals and led them in rebellion against the Main House.
• Shisui recovered his left eye and awakened Susanoo as Konoha forces fought the surviving Uchiha, while Kisame’s team raided Root and rescued Kabuto and Katasuke Tono.
• Menma confronted Hiruzen and Danzō with the survivors and exposed Root’s experiments, prompting Hizashi, Shisui, and Fugaku to announce that their clans would withdraw from the Hidden Leaf.

As the Land of Stars grew in power, Konoha’s Uchiha survivors rebuilt their clan and Sasuke began training for revenge. In Amegakure, Menma pursued Jigen while Jiraiya confronted Nagato’s Pain, and the arc ended with Menma summoning Dark Kurama in Jigen’s dimension.

• Hikari, Shisui, and Fugaku shielded the Uchiha’s retreat as Itachi killed Fugaku, Kushina rescued Mikoto, and Hiruzen later made Itachi a rogue ninja and dismissed Danzō from Root.
• Shisui became head of the surviving Uchiha, while Hinata became Hyuga clan head and ended the Main House and Branch House distinction, with Menma secretly neutralizing the Caged Bird seals.
• Hiruzen recruited Sasuke into Anbu training under Kakashi and Yamato, while Kakashi accepted a mission to disguise his squad as Hoshigakure shinobi and provoke conflict near the Land of Wind and Land of Earth.
• Menma entered Amegakure to investigate Amado and Jigen, met Ajisai, and learned that Jigen could evade chakra perception, and Jiraiya also infiltrated the village to investigate Akatsuki.
• Jiraiya confronted Konan and Nagato’s Animal Path, learned that Hanzo had betrayed Akatsuki and Yahiko had died, while Pain killed Hanzo and Jiraiya entered Sage Mode to fight the Pains.
• Menma revealed to Amado that Jigen’s cloning plan could not restore Akebi’s original self, then confronted Jigen and identified himself as Otsutsuki Isshiki.
• Menma fought Jigen in Amegakure, marked him with Flying Thunder God, and forced him to retreat to his dimension to recover using the Ten-Tails’ chakra before Jigen returned in Karma: State Two.
• Jigen overwhelmed Menma at first, but Menma used Dark Kurama Chakra Mode and Shinra Tensei to counter him, then followed him into another dimension and summoned the colossal Dark Kurama.

Menma used the Ten-Tails’ power as the Land of Stars fought and defeated Sunagakure and Iwagakure, expanding its control across the Land of Wind and forcing the Land of Earth to submit. The arc left Tsunade and Jiraiya witnessing the transformed Land of Stars while Hiruzen sent Kakashi to investigate it.

• Menma seized the Ten-Tails from Jigen, restrained it in the Land of Wind, and fought Rasa’s forces after Sunagakure tried to capture it.
• Menma defeated Shukaku and Sunagakure’s forces, while Tsunade questioned his aims and learned that Minato and Kushina lived in the Land of Stars.
• The Land of Wind declared war, and Menma mobilized the Land of Stars as Sunagakure and Iwagakure made plans to join forces against it.
• Hoshinin forces routed Sunagakure, captured Rasa, and killed Chiyo, while Uchiha Hikari defeated Ōnoki’s army and forced Iwagakure to surrender.
• Minato negotiated a treaty with Ōnoki that ceded five eastern counties and made the Land of Earth a vassal state, while the Land of Stars took control of the Land of Wind.
• Mini-Kurama absorbed the Ten-Tails’ remaining source chakra and gained a tenth tail, leaving Menma to resolve to strengthen his body for their fusion.
• Hiruzen sent Kakashi to secretly investigate the Land of Stars, while Jiraiya and Ajisai saw its improved towns and met a young police officer with a Sharingan.
