Arc 25The Nine-Tails in Konoha

Ronglin prepared Konoha for a likely war with Kumogakure and Iwagakure, then confronted Obito during the Nine-Tails’ attack and brought the beast under his control. The arc left the Nine-Tails living in Konoha while Ronglin addressed the casualties and ordered an investigation into Black Robe.

  • Ronglin warned Konoha’s leaders that Iwagakure and Kumogakure might act against them, then organized a State of Readiness and a large intelligence deployment.
