Level 2 Wizard Manant had returned from his patrol and was resting in his room.
Suddenly, an aura appeared out of thin air.
"Why has someone come today? The Witch Tower didn't notify us in advance!"
A strange look crossed his face. He went outside, only to discover in surprise that the visitor was a Level 3 Wizard he had met before.
"Your Excellency Roy?"
Manant's face lit up with delight.
He hurried forward, lowering his head respectfully as he approached and saluting.
"Greetings, Your Excellency."
"Manant, we meet again."
Roy greeted the former Level 1 Wizard.
"Yes. We haven't seen each other for over 120 years, yet you're even more impressive than before."
Manant spoke sincerely, with a trace of emotion.
Although he had advanced over the years, there was truly no room for comparison between himself and such a promising great figure.
At that thought, he became slightly distracted. After a while, he asked curiously, "May I ask what brings you here?"
"I want to enter the Bone Forest again and find some useful materials."
Roy replied.
"Oh? Materials?"
"Don't worry. It's only some Chalk Soil. It won't make things difficult for you, the overseer."
