The other cat was black as well, but its blackness resembled a roaring mass of black fire, brimming with aggression. It hung from Kant's other eyebrow, swaying with his movements as though riding a swing.
"Kant, you..." Sanders frowned, looking at Kant's current state without understanding what had happened.
Gloria, meanwhile, laughed loudly without the slightest restraint. Though Shali and Azaz also found it hard to hold back their amusement, they did not dare laugh aloud in front of a wizard of true knowledge.
Kant shot Gloria an irritated look. "What's so funny?"
Then Kant grabbed both cats by the scruffs of their necks. "What, are you still not getting down?"
With a flick of Kant's hand, both black cats were flung to the ground. The moment Luna landed, she looked around in all directions. When she saw Angel, a glint flashed through her eyes, now transformed into vertical pupils. She darted nimbly toward Angel and hid behind his feet, not even daring to show her tail.
