She did not dare say it to Horus's face; only because Horus was speaking with Sanders did she dare whisper in Angel's ear.

Horus was extraordinarily powerful. Every trace of elemental aura around him was completely restrained, with no possibility of leaking out. Gloria's description was purely exaggeration.
