"Could this be a branch of the Tooth Fairy Ruins?"
Angel, who had followed the red-skinned cyclops into the nearby reflected light, spoke up to ask.
Laplace shook her head. "The Tooth Fairy Ruins branch is still governed by the Ancient Tooth Fairies. Like Tooth Fairies, Ancient Tooth Fairies enjoy building tall, magnificent structures. The interior decor need not be lavish, but it must be spacious. So this is not a branch of the Tooth Fairy Ruins."
Angel looked at the little stone house piled together from rocks, then at the street stall spread over a layer of mirror surface like wrapping paper, and nodded in understanding.
That was what he thought. If a Tooth Fairy Ruins branch was only the size of a street stall, that would be far too degrading.
If that were really the case, Angel would even have to reconsider whether to let the Ancient Tooth Fairies settle in the Dream Crystal Plain.
Since it was not a Tooth Fairy Ruins shop, then what was this place?
Angel looked over the items on the stall... most were strange gas vortices. There were two physical objects: a bottle containing some unknown liquid, and a classical little round mirror for ladies to touch up their makeup.
"You sell miscellaneous goods?" Angel looked at the shopkeeper behind the stall.
This shopkeeper was probably not its true body, but an inflated humanoid skin with antlers. A rope was tied around its foot to keep it from drifting about.
"No, most of what I sell here are skills. Very practical skills."
The shopkeeper's voice buzzed, carrying the strange feeling of someone drinking the wind. Moreover, when it discovered that Angel was speaking the human language, it switched to the human common tongue as well.
This was very common in the Mirror
