If this conjecture was true, didn't that mean the Time Doppelgängers Laplace had placed in Memory Forest might all have been transformed by Dreamwalking Wonderland, becoming special NPCs similar to Mei Ji?

One had to know that, just among the Time Doppelgängers Angel could count, there were dozens of types. Cicada-Wing Fairies, Prismatic Sprites, Moonlight Banshees, red-earth dwarves, harpies, Abyss succubi... and so on.
There were even more races Angel had never heard of and never seen at all.

Angel asked, "Are the Time Doppelgängers in Memory Forest living beings?"
Laplace pondered for a moment, then shook her head. "Not really. Time Doppelgängers are merely memory aggregates influenced by the laws of Memory Forest. Only when they become true Time Doppelgängers can they be considered living beings."
