In a hidden corner of the Crystal Plains, Angel silently looked at the white diamond-shaped crystal condensed from illusion before him, his expression somewhat helpless.
This diamond-shaped crystal covered in countless Green Patterns was the main body of the Nightmare Domain of the Dream Crystal Plain.
Using the Lucky Scroll he had prepared long ago, Angel conducted a search on the main body of the Nightmare Domain.
The result was far from satisfactory.
He directly searched for an authority that could "enhance the strength of the body," but what appeared was a stretch of dimness.
Though stars occasionally flickered in the distance, meaning some authorities were responding, that did not mean those authorities could enhance the body's strength. At most, they could improve it indirectly.
It was like the Dreamwalking Wonderland Authority. Its primary function was Fairyland Instances, but if one obtained an item from a Fairyland Instance that enhanced physical strength, wouldn't that count as an improvement as well?
It was simply not the sort of indirect enhancement Angel wanted.
Because improvements of that kind relied far too heavily on luck.
Taking the Wonderland Authority as an example again, Angel had yet to encounter more than a few items capable of enhancing physical strength... and even if he had, they were only temporary boosts, like the costume from the Sunshine Circus.
So, if possible, what Angel wanted was an authority that could directly bring a qualitative change to his current body.
But unfortunately, there was none.
Angel sighed and could only let it go.
However, the Lucky Scroll had already been torn open. To avoid wasting it, Angel decided to make full use of it. During this brief span of good fortune, he would search for several more authorities.
For instance, the authority Laplace desired.
