Angel and Juanjuan arrived at the entrance of the Ancient Curios Shop. A moment later, cries of "Charge!" rang out from the depths of the mist. Amid cheerful shouts, Little Witch Moon Dew, riding a broomstick, broke through the blockade of fog.
Carrying a blast of icy wind with her, Moon Dew finally joined them.
The moment she arrived, Moon Dew began chattering away about her earlier meeting with Granny Tang and Plump Sprout.
Angel did not interrupt her. He listened as they walked, occasionally chiming in to encourage her and asking a few questions along the way.
With Angel and Juanjuan playing along, little Moon Dew's face flushed rosy red, and she told the story in even greater detail.
She even described Granny Tang and Plump Sprout's reactions. That was precisely what Juanjuan wanted, because neither Granny Tang nor Plump Sprout had said much, making it difficult to judge their emotions from their words alone. Yet the changes in their expressions and the shifts in their gazes were unquestionably real.
Moon Dew recounted all those subtle reactions as well.
She might not have noticed it herself, but Angel and Juanjuan discovered that Granny Tang and Plump Sprout had shown far more suspicion than surprise toward Dawn's Dream.

As for whether they suspected that Dawn's Dream was abnormal, that everything was false, or that they had been lured into a trap, that was unclear.
Still, the fact that they had remained willing to let Moon Dew continue interacting with Dawn's Dream despite their suspicions was quite thought-provoking.
