"Iris, Luna, Cassandra!"
Gringdon Black's honesty and straightforwardness had made Cypher decide in advance that he wanted to repay the favor he owed Gringdon.
Naturally, the repayment would consist of the Awakening Draught Iris and Luna had developed, along with Cassandra's family's basic bloodline magic.
Even if Gringdon Black was not sitting beside him this time,
one day, while they were eating in the Great Hall, Cypher would pull him aside for a talk by the Black Lake.
And it would happen within the next few days.
Cassandra was all alone in Slytherin. Her family could no longer provide her with backing, and her talent for charms was not particularly outstanding.
Her looks, however, put plenty of Slytherin's elaborately dressed little witches to shame.
Once the novelty wore off after a few days, the Slytherin students might start ostracizing her in secret.
Naturally, no one would dare do it openly, because Cypher was there.
So, asking Gringdon Black for help was only a matter of time. Cypher had already discussed it with the three girls.
What price they would have to pay to make Gringdon Black their friend.
"About roping Gringdon in? We already discussed it. You can make the decision."
The three girls rolled their eyes at Cypher in unison, then ignored him.
"What... what do you mean, roping me in? That sounds like a bad phrase..."
Gringdon Black had originally thought Cypher was going to discuss something with the three girls. He had not expected to suddenly discover that he himself was the subject of the discussion.
Though he did not know what hidden meaning "roping him in" had, Iris's gloating smile, Luna's wicked grin, and the crescent-shaped curve on Cassandra's face all looked decidedly suspicious.
Gringdon Black was certain Cypher and the others would not harm him,
