• Richard allowed Soren’s soldiers to take the captured spies, while Black Shadow demanded that the White Robed Advisor rescue them.
• Kun Da Er Xi entered the prison and discovered Soren, while Molly proposed that Richard help establish a new Sika Kingdom.
• Soren launched the Alliance’s attack on the Truth Society, whose Divine Punishment meteorite killed or wounded tens of thousands of soldiers.
• The Alliance’s Secret Troops defeated the Society’s forces, but Gray Mist repeatedly revived stronger through his God-given Immortality.

Peter Romanov’s staged death turned real, plunging the Soma Alliance into a succession crisis while Richard refused to intervene and left for Shalin. There, he began taking control of the region’s administration and killed a candidate he accused of supporting bandits.

• Oscar and Richard discovered that Peter Romanov had faked his death to expose conspirators, but Red Moon later attacked and killed the emperor.
• First Prince Div claimed the throne before collapsing into a puddle of blood, and rival factions plunged Xia Ya and the Soma Alliance into chaos.
• Oscar asked Richard to help restore order, but Richard refused, collected the Royal Library materials, and left for Shalin.
• Dragon Tree tried to persuade Richard to avenge Oscar and save the Alliance, then set out with Zong Hu to investigate the crisis himself.

Richard appointed Lynn to reshape Shalin and oversaw the construction of Atlantis City, while Molly agreed to serve him for ten years. Richard then tested knowledge-impartation and established Atlantis University, where Ma Qiu began his studies as Shalin continued to develop.

• Lynn Kate accepted Richard’s offer to become temporary Deputy Minister of the Efficiency Department, and Richard authorized him to use Shalin’s resources while warning him to put his duties first.
• Lynn built the Efficiency Department across Shalin with help from Bi Bi and Molly, then organized workers and materials for Molly’s New City project.
• Wizards and southern workers accelerated construction, and Richard’s inspectors enforced strict standards as the city rose.
• Richard tested humanoid Biological Weapons in Shalin and asked Tinwood to improve their human traits, then restored Bi Bi’s memories and used the Crystal Skull to impart mathematical knowledge.
