The World-Destroying Law is an extreme law of annihilation. It is described as the strongest among laws: transcending time and living beings, while remaining below Destiny. Its destructive intent can erase other powers and reduce targets to nothingness. 199 200

It is distinct from true World-Destroying Power. Even after reaching perfection, Lin Xuan's law remains beneath that higher state; it cannot directly overcome Sky Power until it becomes World-Destroying Power. 365 391
