Background

Nuwa is an Innate Divine Being born from Innate Yin Qi and the younger sister of Fuxi, who was formed from Innate Yang Qi. She cultivated in seclusion at Buzhou Mountain, seeking the peak of the Great Principle Golden Immortal realm, when Shen Lang selected her as the Myriad Worlds Simulator’s first SSS-ranked player 2.

The simulator forcibly drew her consciousness into the Great Desolation World, where her divine soul and spiritual power were suppressed. Rather than entering in her true body, she possessed the consciousness of a severely damaged ancient willow tree 3 4. Her first simulation ended after 1,238 years when an unknown Primordial Unity Golden Immortal attacked across space and destroyed both her willow body and newly condensed Primordial Spirit 8.

After waiting eleven thousand years for another opportunity, Nuwa entered the Great Desolation World again with preparation and experience. She developed the Heavenly Concealment Technique to obscure herself and the thunder marks from their Immortal King owners, allowing her to cultivate without immediately drawing their attention 24 27.

Appearance

Nuwa normally appears as a peerlessly beautiful woman in green robes. In the Great Desolation World, her simulated body is an enormous willow tree whose branches can cover Stone Village; after transforming, a willow-tree Dharma form manifests behind her 108.

Nuwa is proud, independent, and unwilling to bind herself to another power for short-term gain. Although Di Jun offered her the title of Empress Wa and one-third of the Demon Race’s destiny, she refused to join the Demon Court alongside Fuxi 11.

Her response to adversity is analytical rather than passive. Following her first simulated death, she treats future simulations as genuine lives to be experienced, develops methods suited to foreign worlds, and pursues unanswered questions rather than accepting incomplete understanding 10 24.

Despite her aloof bearing, Nuwa is compassionate toward those she accepts under her protection. She shelters Stone Village without taking its offerings, heals Shi Hao as an infant, seeks his consent before using his body in cultivation experiments, and later acknowledges him as her disciple 28 29 88 113. Her talent, Love and Dedication, is reflected in her mercy toward the Vermilion Bird and her growing attachment to Shi Hao 92 114.

Nuwa begins as a damaged willow tree under immediate threat from golden-blue heavenly lightning. She survives through sheer persistence, creates a cultivation method capable of filtering the Great Desolation World’s impure spiritual energy, and reaches Spirit Transformation before an unknown powerhouse destroys her 4 5 7 8.

Stone Village and the Human Path

During her second simulation, Nuwa accepts the Shi Clan as residents beneath her protection and becomes Stone Village’s Willow God. Her observations of the villagers inspire her to pursue the creation of a human-specific cultivation system rather than relying on other races’ techniques 28 87 88.

She saves the infant Shi Hao, later resets and rebuilds his cultivation repeatedly, and uses his progress to identify the hidden treasures of the human body. Shi Hao eventually leaves Stone Village, unifies the human kingdoms, and becomes the Human Emperor 29 89 93.

Ancestor Spirit Guardian’s Return

After transforming into humanoid form and reaching the Immortal King realm, Nuwa confronts the Immortal Kings connected to her willow body’s past. She kills Tai Shi, Ao Sheng, and Yuan Chu, then severs further karma by annihilating the Foreign Domain’s Immortal King forces 108 110 112 113.

She later defeats the Corpse Immortal Emperor after a decade-long battle, discovers the mystery of “Above the Heavens,” and receives the Heart of Creation Rules when the simulation ends 115.

Creation of the Human Race

Using knowledge gained from Stone Village and Shi Hao, Nuwa repeatedly makes clay dolls to refine her understanding of creation. With Fuxi’s gifts, she finally creates humanity, proves her Dao, and becomes a Primal Grand Unity Golden Immortal 35 74 141.

Hongjun attacks during her merger with the Human Dao, but Shen Lang intervenes and moves her to safety. After recovering, Nuwa completes the merger, declares herself the Human Race’s Holy Mother, and begins searching for Hongjun 142 148 149.

Later Investigation of the Great Desolation World

Nuwa returns to the Great Desolation World through the Myriad Worlds and finds that Shi Hao has severed the Boundary Sea from the past.
