• At nine o’clock, Su Xiao suspected the Scavengers had left and rode Fenrir with Li Nali to investigate.

Su Xiao and Li Nali captured Scavengers in an underground mall, recovered a laptop, and found video proving NCPD director Jerry Forte had hired Yelena Sidorova to drive homeless people from a development site. Li Nali was shaken by the discovery and began explaining why she had joined the NCPD.

• Su Xiao and Li Nali ambushed two Scavengers, interrogated them, and learned their group had moved to an abandoned factory near the Arasaka Waterfront.
