Hearing Gine's question, Talot suddenly realized he had overreacted.

He hurriedly waved his hands, steadied his emotions, and said, "It's nothing. I was just surprised to hear that Uncle Bardock would be back so soon. I thought it would still be several days."

"I see. I thought that little head of yours was thinking up something strange again." Gine pretended not to care.

Talot was special. She had noticed that ever since he was young.

Normally, as long as a Saiyan had sufficient Battle Power, any Elite Warrior would want to keep climbing higher.

Take her dear eldest son Raditz, for example. Ever since he was young, he had tried his hardest to prove himself. Now that he had become the Prince's attendant, he rarely came home even two or three times a month.

Talot was more mature and smarter. His intelligence was simply incomparable to that of children his age.

For that reason alone, Gine often compared Talot with other children. They had all undergone guidance through Genetic Memory Inheritance Technology, yet the gap between them was so vast.

There were some low-key children among the Low-Class Warriors like Talot, but none were as intelligent as he was. Besides, Talot was an Elite Warrior, a completely combat-oriented Saiyan.

"Aunt Gine, you go ahead and keep working. I'll go check on Kakarot in the room."

After seeing Gine nod, Talot quickly entered the inner room.

Once Talot was out of sight, confusion flashed through Gine's eyes.

"Maybe I'm overthinking it. Or maybe this child really is growing up." As Gine spoke, she immediately went back to work.

the first thing Talot saw was the Incubation Pod in the corner.

"We meet again, Kakarot. Unfortunately, you're still asleep." Talot muttered softly as he stepped forward to observe him from up close.

Every time he came here, he could not help but sigh.

It could not be helped. This guy was just too special—he was the protagonist of the original story! Having been reborn into the world of Dragon Ball, Talot truly could not imagine that, if he were not a Transmigrator, a mere six-month-old infant and the lowest-ranked warrior of his race would one day not only revive the legend of the Super Saiyan, but also rise to become one of the strongest warriors at the pinnacle of the Universe.

Memories surged forth, especially that unforgettable phrase: when Kakarot transformed into a Super Saiyan, every anime in the world paled in comparison.

It had been anime in his previous life, but to Talot, it was now reality.

Sighing was one thing, but after a while, Talot took out his Scouter again.

Although he had long known Kakarot's Battle Power and had tested it with an old-model Scouter before, Talot still activated his new Battle Power Detector to scan Kakarot's Battle Power.

In truth, he did not need to think much about Kakarot at all, because he knew how the story would develop afterward.

As long as he did not interfere or take action, nothing would change.

Kakarot's future would be a happy one.

At the very least, he would grow up carefree. Because of his uniqueness, he would gradually befriend a whole group of people, search for the Dragon Balls, endlessly take on masters, and continuously grow stronger...

Compared to Raditz, Vegeta, and Nappa, who survived under Frieza's tyranny in the future, as well as Tarble, Broly, Paragus, and the others who were stranded on other planets... without a doubt, Kakarot would have the best life of them all.

"Sometimes, I truly envy you. I even wanted to take your place. But as the days have passed, I now have my own plans." Talot spoke to Kakarot inside the Incubation Pod, not caring whether he could hear or understand him.

After saying that, Talot turned and headed outside without the slightest hesitation.

Whether his voice had disturbed him, or whether the sounds of walking and closing the door had been too loud, Kakarot's tightly shut eyes inside the Incubation Pod twitched lightly a few times.

After coming outside, Talot did not leave immediately. Instead, he chatted with Gine for a few more moments before saying goodbye and returning home.

The two houses stood side by side. Talot's home was not large, but though small, it had everything it needed.

For him, it was just right.

Living alone did not require much space. As long as nothing was lacking, that was enough.

"That instinctive feeling of dread has finally disappeared completely. In other words, those two beings should have already left Planet Vegeta." Talot first let out a sigh of relief, then focused his attention.

Right now, he had no ability to concern himself with things like the God of Destruction or Angels.

"Once Bardock returns, I'll be able to determine with complete certainty how far the plot has progressed."

Leaning against the bed, Talot sank into thought again.

In truth, Talot could only make deductions based on the plot he knew.

For example, as a Transmigrator, he knew that during this period alone, there were actually several different timeline developments.

More specifically, they could be regarded as two timelines.

The first was the original Dragon Ball Z timeline setting. Bardock carried out a mission to invade Planet Kanassa, and during the invasion, he was ambushed by a Kanassan, temporarily gaining the ability to foresee the future. Because he could see the future, he gradually uncovered Frieza's plan to deal with the Saiyans and destroy Planet Vegeta.

The second was the later Dragon Ball Minus timeline. However, rather than a mere alteration to the timeline, it would be more accurate to say that this was a different story occurring in another parallel world. The plot became Bardock and other Saiyans invading Planet Cereal, where he learned through that mission that Frieza intended to deal with the Saiyans. He then sent Kakarot away in advance, setting the story in motion.

Talot was now fairly certain that the world he was in should be close to the original Dragon Ball Z timeline of the Main Timeline.

That was because Kakarot had only been born for half a year, while Vegeta, Raditz, and Talot himself were all five years old. The current year was also Age 737.

In the Dragon Ball Minus timeline, Kakarot was already three years old in Age 737, and he was also three when he arrived on Earth. That did not even include the time his Spaceship took to travel from Planet Vegeta to Earth.
