Oboro destroys the World Government and much of the old world through a devastating war, then leaves his followers behind and crosses into another world. He arrives in the One-Punch Man world and begins exploring while keeping his strength and intentions concealed.

• Oboro killed the Red Hair Pirates, defeated Shanks, and left Rayleigh alive before ordering the Hell Pirates to seize Shanks’ territory and attack Egghead.
• Oboro killed several of the Five Elders and devastated Mary Geoise, while the Hell Pirates killed Vegapunk and destroyed Egghead.
• Oboro and his crew expanded their power as nations collapsed, then Oboro ordered the destruction of countries and civilizations before the final war.
• The Hell Pirates fought the World Government and Resistance Army on the Red Line, where many major fighters died over ten days of battle.
• Oboro destroyed Imu’s soul, and the World Government and Celestial Dragons fell as survivors struggled to rebuild a chaotic world.
• Ten years later, Oboro bid farewell to his former officers, opened a rift, and left them to fight over the New World.
• Oboro crossed the temporal torrent, entered a new world, and discovered that he had arrived in the One-Punch Man world.
• Oboro escaped police custody and explored Q City, where Watchdog Man killed an ice cream monster before losing track of him in the crowd.

Oboro moved into Z-City, drew the attention of the Hero Association and Neo Heroes, and repeatedly crossed paths with Saitama while concealing his abilities. After taking control of the Neo Heroes and recruiting Dr. Genus, Oboro faced Blue, who revealed that he knew Oboro came from another universe.

• Oboro moved into the apartment next to Saitama and secretly watched him, then stopped after realizing his spying was distressing Saitama.
• Oboro witnessed Saitama defeat Vaccine Man and later drew the attention of the Hero Association and Neo Heroes, who tried to recruit him.
• Oboro infiltrated Neo Heroes headquarters, overpowered its leaders, appointed Zhu Li as its head, and ordered him to collect advanced technology.
• Flashy Flash and Tatsumaki confronted Oboro, but both lost their memories of the encounters after Saitama intervened in Tatsumaki’s attack.
• Oboro watched Saitama and Genos defeat the House of Evolution’s monsters, then entered the base and confronted Asura Kabuto before Saitama killed him.
• Saitama nearly struck Oboro when Asura Kabuto described the suited intruder, but Oboro escaped through a spatial rift and Genos began investigating him.
• Oboro brought Dr. Genus and Armored Gorilla to Neo Heroes headquarters and persuaded Dr. Genus to join the organization.
• Blue confronted Oboro on a remote road and told him that he knew Oboro had come from another universe.

Oboro joined the Hero Association alongside Saitama and Genos, but his indifference to hero work and clashes with other heroes drew public scorn. When Boros attacked Earth, Saitama defeated him while Oboro revealed the scale of his own power, then resumed his uneasy friendship with Saitama as he considered ending his stay in this world.

• Oboro froze Blue in a space-time domain, warned him that the Neo Heroes were already infiltrated, and left after saying he was borrowing Blue’s people.
• Oboro refused Sekingar’s plea to join the Hero Association at first, but Saitama later persuaded him to take the hero exam with him and Genos.
• Oboro and Saitama excelled in the physical tests, earned S-Class ratings, and were assigned ranks, but Oboro rejected his eighteenth-place standing and ignored calls to fight monsters.
• Saitama and Genos discovered Oboro’s black suit and accused him of being the mysterious man from the past, prompting Oboro and Saitama to fight in Oboro’s soul domain before returning to the wasteland without a victor.
• Oboro stopped Tatsumaki’s psychic powers and punished her, then caught Atomic Samurai’s sword between two fingers at the S-Class meeting.
• When Boros’s spaceship attacked City A, Oboro took Saitama to the ship and left Boros’s fight to him, while Saitama defeated Boros and Oboro killed the surviving aliens.
• Oboro claimed credit for defeating the aliens, angering Saitama, then left a reconstruction meeting with Saitama and Genos and told them the Association secretly sold monsters to wealthy people.
• Oboro offered to buy Saitama and Genos dinner and considered visiting the Monster Association to meet God as his vacation in this world neared its end.
