Curse "You want to learn how to use Transfiguration in combat from me?"

"Yes, Professor," Albert said sincerely.

Professor McGonagall paused what she was doing and looked up at her prized student. "You haven't been to the Transfiguration Club for quite some time."

"I can't learn anything new at the Transfiguration Club anymore. And as you know, I've always been busy, so I can only devote my limited time to other things." Albert had spent several years in the Transfiguration Club and had already learned everything Professor McGonagall taught.

In fact, much of what Professor McGonagall taught at the Transfiguration Club was repetitive. Once he had learned it all, staying any longer would have been a complete waste of time.

"I hear you've been learning combat skills from Filius?"

Professor McGonagall did not pursue the matter of Albert frequently skipping the Transfiguration Club. She knew he had already mastered everything she taught there, and she also knew he was always busy.

"Yes. Professor Flitwick's duelling experience has benefited me greatly." Albert nodded, admitting it. There was no point trying to deny it anyway.

"So you hope to learn something from me?" Professor McGonagall raised an eyebrow slightly, having guessed Albert's intentions.

"What I lack most right now is experience." Albert looked at Professor McGonagall and said calmly, "I hope to gain some experience and inspiration from you on using Transfiguration in combat."

Albert had progressed at an astonishing pace. It was difficult to imagine a wizard who had known nothing could reach his current level in just a few years.

It was as though everyone else was still jogging while he had mounted a Firebolt and vanished into the distance.

Professor McGonagall had even heard Professor Flitwick say that Albert had mastered the Fiendfyre Curse in only a few hours.
