Background / History

Liang Bing was once the Apocalypse King of the Angel Civilization and retained many followers even after leaving it. Her split from her sister, Kesha, began with a conflict over research: Kesha rejected and sealed Liang Bing's work on the Spacetime Gene, while Liang Bing maintained that a strengthened physical body was the necessary carrier for that gene. 100 101

As Demon Queen Morgana, she led the Demon Civilization through repeated defeats and comebacks against the Angels. Chronic poverty forced her forces into long periods of mining and made Karl's financial and technical assistance indispensable; she repeatedly borrowed his resources to rebuild her civilization and upgrade its warriors. 99

Liang Bing rejected Karl's proposal that she abandon her body and become a Phantom Body. She regarded his path toward the Void as heretical, whereas her own goal was to perfect the physical body and use the Spacetime Gene to reach and fight within higher-dimensional space. 100

Appearance

As Morgana, Liang Bing wears smoky makeup, a black form-fitting suit, and Demon wings. While operating within the Yanhuang Empire, she adopts a dark-gold military uniform or Yanhuang Fleet uniform bearing a rose insignia. 101 139 151

Personality

Liang Bing is blunt, foul-mouthed, informal, and easily irritated by interference or gossip. She has little interest in maintaining royal dignity around her own Demons, kicking or teasing them while allowing a familiar atmosphere aboard Demon One. Her subordinates are not especially afraid of her, but sincerely admire and respect her charisma. 100 101

She is also fiercely prideful and competitive, particularly toward Kesha. After completing her Fourth-Generation upgrade, her first thought was whether she could finally defeat her sister. Her confidence can become recklessness, most notably when she underestimated Yanhuang's Solar System defenses and was forced to retreat. 102 104 108

Beneath her impulsiveness is a persistent scholar and strategist. Liang Bing will negotiate for resources, revise her systems after a security failure, study enemy technology, and adapt her spacetime methods when countered.
