Background

At seventeen, Li Fei witnessed a Tiger Sabre Gang Martial Warrior commit murder and saw the Overseeing Bureau fail to investigate properly. The incident convinced him that justice required power, leading him to reject Li Lei's proposed Bureau position and pursue the Military Academy with the eventual goal of joining a university Conflict Mitigation Department 1.
