Allen kicked Little Zack over like a flipped turtle, then crouched down and examined him carefully, half doubtful. He found that it really was someone he knew.

Shameless Allen even beat him to the punch, complaining with a resentful look, "So it's you, Little Zack. Why did you suddenly jump out without saying hello? You scared the hell out of us. Good thing it was me—if you scared someone else like that, they might've stabbed you to death. Be more careful next time, got it? Don't just suddenly pop out and scare people for no reason!"

Little Zack stopped crying. "Brother Allen? Sister Dina?"

His face streaked with snot and tears, Little Zack was overjoyed. He rushed up and hugged Dina, completely ignoring Allen.

Dina stroked Little Zack's head and shot her Second Young Master a reproachful look.

Back at Outpost County's Old Castle, although Dina and Little Zack had not spent much time together, they had become exceptionally close. The clever, mischievous Little Zack was always pestering Dina for food, while Dina cared for him as if he were her own little brother.
