The Ancient One had barely left when Tony Stark could no longer resist coming over.

As the only spectator present, he had heard every word of the earlier conversation loud and clear.

Iron Man had been utterly stunned, especially when Balthazar mentioned his origins.

At the same time, he understood why the other man possessed such absurd physical abilities and supernatural powers that science could not explain.

If all of it came from a god, then everything made sense.

"I am merely a Godspawn, not a Demigod, much less a hero. At best, I can barely be considered to possess Quasi-Divine Power.

"In my world, Demigods are True Gods with Minor Divine Power. There is an enormous difference between the two.

"True Gods can create any known substance out of thin air.

"They can easily destroy a planet like Earth, or even a star like the Sun.

"The most powerful Overgods can even create domains of their own, elevating a mortal into a Greater Divine Power at any time, or casting a Greater Divine Power down into the mortal world."

Balthazar gave this explanation while feeling the Divine Power now flowing through his bloodline.

Ever since Bhaal had died completely and been made into an Immortal Dread God, the characteristics of his Divine Power were no longer filled with bloodshed, violence, slaughter, and destruction as before. They had been completely transformed into something that belonged to Balthazar himself.

That was why Balthazar no longer sealed his Divine Power through the Divine Rune as he had in the past, but instead used it freely without restraint.

As long as he wished, he could grant his followers Divine Magic of the
