• The Tui En Ling expanded Great Shang from several hundred feudal lords to seven or eight thousand, and the central court took control of their fiefs’ administration.
• Guangchengzi and Chijingzi realized Yin Jiao and Yin Hong would not cultivate before turning one hundred because they hoped to inherit the Human Sovereign’s position or become feudal lords.

Yin Jiao and Yin Hong fled to Kunlun Mountain after sharing a dream that Wu Geng would take the throne and kill them, while Di Xin chose not to save them and named Wu Geng Crown Prince. The chapter leaves Li Jing praying that his pregnant wife will give birth to a daughter.

Jiang Ziya accepted the Investiture of the Gods in exchange for the promise of eternal life, and the two left to find the Heroic Lord in Phoenix Cry Land.

• Zhao Gongming told Li Jing that daughters were more lovable than sons, then asked whether Li Jing would cry when a daughter married; the two returned to Chentang Pass.
• Primordial Lord of Heaven saw that the Nine Revolutions Golden Elixir had raised Jiang Ziya’s cultivation only to the middle stage of Returning to Void and Merging with Dao, far below Shen Gongbao’s Profound Immortal realm.

Meanwhile, Taiyi Zhenren gathered the Twelve Golden Immortals to seek Nezha, and Cangyuan learned of a flawed mirror treasure before Jiang Ziya was returned to Great Shang.

• Primordial Lord of Heaven ordered Immortal Weng of the South Pole to encourage Shen Gongbao and remind Jiang Ziya to pursue the Canonization of Gods.

• Jiang Ziya wrestled with the choice between rescuing Marquis Ji Chang of the West and remaining loyal to Great Shang, whose people still prospered.
• Immortal Weng of the South Pole gave Shen Gongbao a Qiankun Bag of Acquired Spiritual Fruits, and Shen Gongbao dismissed the Chan Sect in favor of the Heaven Monitoring Department.

Yin Shiniang gave birth to Nezha, whose unusual origins and rapidly rising cultivation drew the Li family and Zhao Gongming into his upbringing. Meanwhile, Di Xin advanced to Hunyuan Great Luo Golden Immortal Third Heaven, and the Chan Teach Twelve Golden Immortals finally entered Human territory only to learn Zhao Gongming was at Chentang Pass, where Taiyi feared for his disciple.

• The Chan Teach Twelve Golden Immortals reached Li Mansion, where Taiyi Zhenren recognized Nezha as the child he wanted to take as his disciple.
• Taiyi Zhenren approached Nezha and declared himself his Heaven-appointed master, but Nezha mocked his cultivation and called him weak.
• Taiyi Zhenren demonstrated the Nine Dragons Fire Cover, and Nezha grabbed it without being harmed by its flames.
• Taiyi Zhenren realized Nezha had a natural affinity for the Fire Dao and offered him the Nine Dragons Fire Cover if he became his disciple.

Zhao Gongming confronted Taiyi Zhenren over his attempt to claim Nezha as a disciple, then faced Guangchengzi and the other Chan Sect immortals. Zhao Gongming defeated Guangchengzi in a single strike, leaving him stunned in the East Sea.

After more than ten thousand exchanges, the battle remained even, and Chijingzi wondered why Zhao Gongming showed no signs of tiring.

• Zhao Gongming restrained Guangchengzi with the Dragon Binding Rope and Five Innate Spirit Pearls, then knocked him into the sea with a single elbow.
• Zhao Gongming taunted the Chan Teach Twelve Golden Immortals and challenged them to attack together.

Back in Song Family Village, Jiang Ziya asked its women what they thought of Great Shang and how they would react to a rebellion against it.

• Queen Mother of the West gave Cangyuan the Kunlun Mirror in hopes that he would help her find a path to attaining the Dao.
• Cangyuan chose to accept her request, and the system rewarded him with the Heavenly Dao Primordial Violet Qi hidden in Heavenly Dao Space.
• The Heavenly Dao searched its domain and the Prehistoric World for the missing Primordial Violet Qi but could not find it; the Qi appeared in Cangyuan Realm.
• Cangyuan promised to do his best for Queen Mother of the West, took the flawed Kunlun Mirror, and returned to Chaos Three Immortal Island.
• Jiang Ziya asked Xiao Cui and the other women at Song Family Village what they thought of Great Shang; they praised its care for the common people.

Jiang Ziya rejected the Chan Sect’s command to overthrow Great Shang, destroyed his cultivation, and gave up the Investiture of the Gods. Primordial Lord of Heaven appointed Shen Gongbao to replace him, while Ma Zhaodi led the aged Jiang Ziya away.

• The women at the village entrance defended Great Shang, and Jiang Ziya resolved that he could not help overthrow it.
• Jiang Ziya summoned Immortal Weng of the South Pole and declared that he was quitting the task of assisting the Chan Sect.
• Jiang Ziya destroyed his cultivation, aged into an old man, and asked Immortal Weng to pass the Investiture of the Gods to Shen Gongbao.

Shen Gongbao accepted Feng Yuan’s orders to help Ji Chang return to Xi Qi and foment rebellion, while Jiang Ziya learned that Ma Zhaodi was an immortal and had married him as part of an assignment. As Jiang Ziya settled into a long life outside the Canonization of Gods, Taiyi Zhenren’s killing-tribulation karma worsened and drove him toward a dangerous plan.

• Shen Gongbao rejected the Chan Sect’s lofty treatment and sought instructions from Feng Yuan, who ordered him to build the Canonization Platform and later help Ji Chang return to Xi Qi and rebel against Shang.
• Feng Yuan urged Shen Gongbao to recruit disciples by calling out “Daoist Please Stay,” including disciples from the Western Teach.
• Ma Zhaodi told Jiang Ziya that she had become an immortal and that their marriage had been an organizational assignment, then reassured him that she loved him.

Nezha had grown into a powerful but enormous child, and Li Jing worried about his future and safety. After Nezha went to visit Shiji, Taiyi Zhenren, corrupted by the calamity, ambushed her, but Nezha arrived to stop him.

• Nezha showed off his immense strength, while Li Jing asked him to seek a normal Dao Body because he feared Nezha would struggle to marry and might hurt someone by accident.
• Nezha remembered Zhao Gongming had asked him to deliver spiritual fruits to Shiji and left for White Bone Cave.
• Taiyi Zhenren, corrupted by Karmic Tribulation Energy, decided to fight killing with killing to escape his Tribulation of Killing.
• Taiyi Zhenren attacked Shiji with the Nine Dragons Fire Cover, and Nezha appeared, calling him a bad uncle and telling him not to hurt her.

Taiyi Zhenren ambushed Shiji with the Nine Dragons Fire Cover, but Nezha arrived in time to rescue her. Nezha and Shiji subdued Taiyi Zhenren and planned to take him to the Kunlun Chan Sect after healing his injured Primordial Spirit.

• Taiyi Zhenren attacked Shiji with the Nine Dragons Fire Cover, and Nezha rushed in to shield her from the flames.
• Nezha broke through the fire dragons and helped Shiji escape, while Taiyi Zhenren revealed that he wanted her to take his place on the list and face the tribulation.
• Shiji summoned Yellow Turban Warriors to distract the dragons as she and Nezha attacked Taiyi Zhenren together.
• Nezha repeatedly stunned Taiyi Zhenren with the God-Beating Golden Brick, and he and Shiji knocked Taiyi unconscious.
• Shiji said Taiyi's Primordial Spirit was injured but that he was alive, and she planned to heal him before taking him to the Kunlun Chan Sect.

Nezha accidentally killed Taiyi Zhenren while trying to heal him, and Taiyi’s Primordial Spirit was absorbed by the Investiture of the Gods. After Tongtian reassured Shiji that she and Nezha were safe, Shiji passed her Tribulation of Killing and attained Great Luo Golden Immortal.

• Nezha accidentally crushed Taiyi Zhenren’s head while trying to set his dislocated jaw, and Taiyi’s Primordial Spirit was drawn into the Investiture of the Gods.
• Shiji tried to take Nezha to Jin'ao Island for protection, but Tongtian told them they did not need to flee because Taiyi had been prepared to face death.
• Taiyi confessed to Primordial Lord of Heaven that he had tried to kill Shiji to pass his Tribulation of Killing, and admitted that Nezha and Shiji had subdued him.
• Primordial Lord of Heaven reviewed what had happened, condemned Taiyi’s conduct, and let the Investiture of the Gods retain him.

After Nezha brought Shiji to stay at Li Mansion, Li Jing feared the Chan Sect would retaliate for Taiyi Zhenren’s death, but Yin Shiniang defended Nezha and sent him to meet Ao Bing. As Nezha and Ao Bing reunited by the East Sea, demonic energy engulfed Chentang Pass, and Ao Bing identified the threat as a Demon Race invasion.

• Nezha invited Shiji to Chentang Pass, where she temporarily settled at Li Mansion after losing her dojo to Li Fire.
• Li Jing scolded Nezha for crushing Taiyi Zhenren’s head, but Shiji reassured him and Yin Shiniang defended Nezha.
• Nezha went to the East Sea shore to meet Ao Bing, and they discussed the Fallen Dragon they had once fought together.
• A black curtain of demonic energy covered Chentang Pass and its surrounding lands, causing crops to rot and the people to panic.

The Heavenly Demon Realm appeared to invade the Prehistoric World by enclosing Chentang Pass in an indestructible Dark Curtain, alarming its Saints and rulers. Xuanyuan and Nuwa attacked the barrier but failed to break it, leaving the Human Race’s territory trapped.

• Haotian ordered Marshal Tian Peng to lead one million troops to Chentang Pass, while Taiqing Laozi doubted that the invasion was truly what it seemed.
• Primordial Lord of Heaven declared that he would become his own Heavenly Dao, and Sect Master Tongtian set out to protect his Jie Teach Disciples at Chentang Pass.
• Jidu reported the invasion to Rahu, who was baffled and blamed Hongjun for arranging it.

• The Demon Race army attacked Chentang Pass and dozens of cities trapped in the Dark Curtain, slaughtering defenders and civilians despite Li Jing and the others resisting.
• Nezha saw Yin Shiniang under attack, erupted with baleful aura, and attained the Grand Unity Golden Immortal realm.
• Nezha drove back many Taiyi Demon Race fighters, but more than a dozen Great Luo Demon Race members surrounded him and wounded him as they returned from other timelines after being killed.
