Madness (Part Two)

The Invisible Monster crouched on the ground, gnawing on Hong Liu Wa's corpse. However, the Hong Liu Wa were simply too small. Given the Invisible Monster's size, those little creatures were barely enough to get stuck in its teeth. Soon, the corpses on the ground grew fewer and fewer, yet the Invisible Monster showed no sign of being full. It simply kept eating.

That monster can eat way too much. What if it still isn't full and ends up eating me? It's too dangerous to stay here. Mo Li thought this, as an intense sense of danger inexplicably welled up inside him.

Originally, Mo Li had intended to wait until the monster was full and left before making a move. After all, the monster had barely paid him any attention since arriving. As long as he didn't do anything reckless, he should not be attacked.

However, nearly all the Hong Liu Wa corpses on the ground had already been eaten, yet the monster still showed no intention of leaving. If it ate all the corpses and still wasn't full, Mo Li would be in danger. Therefore, he had to do something before the corpses were completely devoured.

Mo Li surveyed his surroundings from the corner of his eye. Although there was plenty of furniture inside the enormous building, such as tables, chairs, and benches, the furniture was simply too large, leaving almost nowhere to hide. In the end, Mo Li's gaze stopped on the strange Peach Pit Shaped Building.

Based on his deduction, this strange building should be the Hong Liu Wa's nest. Since they lived in the same space as the Invisible Monster and had survived until now, there was only one possibility: the building could effectively keep the Invisible Monster out.
